Fortune House in Birmingham

Waited 2 hours. Food was cold, dry and tasteless. Phoned up 3 times to be told the driver was 5-10 minutes away. Do not order from here!!!

Normally very good food. And big size. But has been arriving stone cold. And chips rock hard. Had to chuck in bin. And lucky got refund. Delivery normally fast. But late on 2 times. Get it right keep your customers. Will try again in a month time.

Where to start, the worst chinese everOrdered arrived 40 minutes late and after calling up twice was told be patient we are busy. Dont know how they are so busy with food like the below.I ordered a spring roll and was delivered a large ball of batter 1cm think filled with some beansprout, to disgusting to eat.The ribs were cold, dry, dribble of sauce in the bottom.Salt & Pepper chicken strips, dry, cold and had a small bone or grisl.Beef in Oyster sauce, cold, beef was slimy and smelt like off fish, 1 bite and went in the bin.Chow main, although slightly warm was edible.Fried rice - would have been alright if not cold.Disappointing that Just Eat advertise a company like this.I called to complain my order was wrong and cold. Told managers in the kitchen and cannot speak to you. We will offer £3 in compensation???? The item missing was £5 so thanks.Avoid at all cost, will be posting on Google, Uber Eats and any other company associated with them. Also check out the photos on Google says it all. Not a 5 star rated restaurant . Sort out your staring system Just Eat!!!!

The food is horrible guys ! I ordered on Uber eats.. It's gone down hill lately. All the reviews are spot on. Don't waste your money.

I had stale chips from here, my brothers chips was so crusty and over cooked that he couldn't even bite into it. It has upset my stomach, I will be monitoring my symptoms. My sister had what was suppose to be chicken but it looked more like road kill so she decided to throw it in the bin. £20 spent on take out, chicken looked bizarre and unnatural and my sister couldn't eat it as she felt it will make her ill. I My sister had a tiny bit of chicken and she had to spit it out as she said it doesn't taste like chicken. The food looked like something out of a horror movie. This feather fell off my sisters food which was suppose to be chicken. I've never seen feathers like this on cooked chicken before. I am quite disturbed. I wish we read the reviews before hand so we could have saved the money and went somewhere else.

The chips are stale and cold.Ive put mayo on but even this do'esnt cover staleness.Wont be using again.A real insult them thinking these chips are acceptable.I've ordered omelette as well.We ordered alsor chicken and chips.We all are dubious whether it is chicken .Daughters frightened to eat it

Ive been using fortune house for quite a few years and slowely the place has gone down hill. But tonight for a quick meal 2 long trays and a bag of chips.. took an hour and 20 min to arrive stone cold chips like rubber, in the bin. Wont be using them again

Been to work all day and fancy a Chinese phoned Fortune House and done my order. 40mins they said for delivery. OK this was at 20.15pm . Done what I had to do . 22.05 I phoned back to see where my order is. And it's just leaving the shop 22.20pm it came . Told them to fuvk off

Boyfriend didn't mind his, but I thought the crispy chicken was like rubber, my aromatic duck was burnt beyond edible. Some bits where okay, but I genuinely couldn't get my teeth thru it. Came with a big bone in aswell 🤷🏼‍♀️. Salt and pepper chips where good tho.Abit disappointed, waste of money in my opinion.

I had to wait well over a hour for my food, I would not have minded if the food was good quality. My food was so cold the sauce had a skin on it and my rice was all clumped together and mushy in texture and also cold. I have had better microwave currys, VERY disappointing. It was my first time ordering from Fortune house and it will definitely be the last time.
