Four Oaks in Birmingham

We had an excellent Sunday lunch. Very generous portions, the slow cooked rib of beef was amazing as well as the slow cooked belly pork. Staff were very attentive to our needs as we needed to be close to the disabled toilet. Despite it being very busy we did not have any problems with service and staff were checking we had everything we needed. Thoroughly recommend going unfortunately they are closing this weekend for three months for refurbishment until March however the Four Oaks is going to be upgraded with the menu, pub and outside area. Staff are excited and say its going to be amazing.

An OK pub with a traditional pub feel. However it was due to close in a few days so no doubt will become a characterless chain pub. Staff not the friendliest. Food was OK pub grub.

Just wanted to say, we have been customers for many years and we always speak highly of the food and service. Maria is such a great asset to your team; loyal, thoughtful, attentive and just lovely.We look forward to seeing her after the refurb.

The girl who served need to smile and be more engaged and explain they only had the £21 white wine available has my friend pointed to £16.99 one she said not so . Hmm customer all right !! My food was not great to day 🤔

The atmosphere from the start to the end was cozy, warm. The place decorated for Christmas and not too loud. The waitress was nice and she checked back.The restaurant and pub was clean and tidy considering it was open for dogs.The main meal and dessert was lovely and good value for the quality of food given.Overall I would give it a 10.Georgia provided excellent customer service.

Had a lovely unrushed meal with good, friendly service. Nice atmosphere too.

Nice modern pub serving locally sourced food. We arrived half an hour early and our table wasn't quite ready so we were asked to get a drink and wait at the bar, the table was ready within 10 minutes anyway which was great. All the food came quickly apart from one meal out of 5 which came 5 minutes after the other meals but the manager did resolve this by taking the meal off the bill and giving us a complimentary ice cream sundae. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Visited today for lunch with my friend. Haven't been since covid first started. Glad to say, it's as good as ever. Food lovely. My friend was very happy with her gluten free mains and pudding. Staff helpful and friendly, especially Sarah. Thank you Sarah, you helped to make our visit so enjoyable.

Decent meal although I wasn't too sure about the mash potato. My companions enjoyed steak and fish. Ordered a couple of the "specials" too which were very nice. Very friendly staff, cleanliness good. Recommend the virgin cocktails, very tasty

Well done to everyone. We came here on opening night and could not have been happier. The waitress was lovely (sorry I can't remember her name) but you were lovely and very helpful.The food was amazing, we could have eaten more when our bellies went down lol.Honestly could not fault anything at all.
