Staff were good but it took 30 mins for a member to approach our table just for drinks! kids were starving so ordered with drinks, table service was dreadful and to top it off roads were diverted due to more road works and i got a £60 fine in the post for driving down a diverted bus lane, unfortunately my car don't have wings so i had no choice, that night cost me dearly, wont be going again, staying local where the roads are just left as they are.

Staff are wonderful, Atmosphere I'd really nice but just found the menu very meh .. nothing overly amazing but very over priced for what you get , maybe try garnishing the plates better with some side salads or something instead of just a handful of chips , I'd go again if I had a coupon cos 10£ for a sandwich is too much

Absolutely brill place . Staff are so wonderful and can’t do enough for u . Sir has served us especially many occasions . With friends and my family with additional needs children they simply cannot do enough for you ! Make it a enjoyable experience to take kids out is hard enough in itself but frankie and bennys really make it a lot easier . Food is great and atmosphere lovely . Clean tidy . Really cannot fault them ! This branch is best I’ve been too x

Was just a pit-stop but my son couldnt resist a red velvet cookie dough dessert. Was pleasurable to be out but inside after a long lockdown. I think the staff missed us too 🍴😋

Large amount of food for the price, but you do pay for it. For a burger joint, I shouldn't be paying £50, for just 2 people. We had a pizza, meatballs which came with garlic bread, shared a milkshake, one cup of tea and one coffee. Oh, and still water. That said, instead of 3*, I am giving it 4* because the servers were polite, friendly and very amenable. The food comes fast, but don't be surprised if your takeaway boxes are forgotten in the process of leaving.Another good thing is you can pay online, at your table, making it easy to leave when you are ready. Definitely a lot better than waiting for a server to come.

Went for the first time tonight after a couple of years, nice to see some positive changrs have happened; new branding and a better menu. As a vegetarian though we had limited options, they did meet our extra requests so that was great customer service. Overall it was value for money with a Wowcher deal but I wouldn't pay full price.
