Genting Casino Edgbaston in Birmingham

Not as good as it use to be when it had the restaurant but still okay for a bit of a gamble and a quieter drink or two.

I am very happy to be there very good customer service nice staff

A lot quieter and more peaceful than other Genting casinos with free parking on site which I much prefer.

You feel safe in this casino. Polite security staff and managers. Good security don’t just let anyone in. I’ve never seen it heaving except on the weekend.Hard to win at roulette table though they don’t give much away. The dealers most are very cunning.There was always a nice polite manager of the roulette table shortish dark hair. She made me feel welcome and rooted for me to win 😃Good valet service they are polite and get on it. On the downside , food is awful which is surprising for a prestige casino, and the smoking area is too small especially for these times. I hope they expand this toMake it more roomy.

Staff were friendly and greeted me on arrival. The doors were super secure and gave both a feeling of safety and unnerved you a little at the same time. The gaming floor was busy and the atmosphere was excellent for a Friday. Had some food, where the prices were quite reasonable, and a real ale from the Bar.Played a game of poker in the private upper cardroom, and was treated to chocolates as it was Valentines evening. Staff were provided and were well trained. Toilets were well lit, clean, and roomy with good access. Car parking on site, with staff and security in attendance. Enjoyed my evening and would go back.

A year ago it was good So that was written over a year ago, since then the resteraunt has deteriorated with slow service and poor menu. The bar food is OK but restricted menu with many items not available. Some staff have developed an attitude problem.

Absolutely lovely place. Made my birthday so special. Staff were so nice and friendly. Girls at the front desk were very kind and helped us through membership, bar staff were friendly and welcoming, and the manager went above and beyond. Five out of five, would reccomened.
