Attempted to make a booking here and they wanted a £30 deposit due to increasing number of no shows and last minute cancellations. I understand that they need to plan ahead, but asking for a deposit of that value is ridiculous! I've never been asked to pay that at any restaurant I've booked at, ever! Happy to take my custom elsewhere!

Few issues now been dealt with so happy to give it another go as everyone else looked like they were having a good time and the food looks deliciuous

I've had an opportunity to work in this place a couple of years ago, as a waitress. Food is as authentic as it gets in Europe, all of the chefs are Chinese as well as the manager and most of the waiting staff. Unfortunately , kitchen and storage area are not exactly clean and head chef is mostly drunk. Great place to go to if you want to experience Chinese New Year. Overall mixed feelings, leaning towards the negative.

There are no words! Beautiful, beautiful food. Very high class! Wonderful surroundings & mood. The staff were so attentive and polite. Portion sizes were big so we could take some home & enjoy it thd next day. Would highly recommend and would definitely go again 5 stars and more!!!

Food and drink was on point. Service was quick and attentive. Atmosphere was good..... it's my first visit to the restaurant in some years, but I certainly won't be leaving it so long this time 😁 my friends were more than satisfied also.

Food was nice but still over priced for my liking. Chicken from the signature dish was chewy but the lamb was perfectly cooked. Its a shame we were rushed out because of the 2 hour only slot. The mains could have come out earlier a there was quite a gap between starters and mains.

Very busy and cosy little restaurant and you can immediately see why. Staff are very on the ball and the food displays their years of being in business. Food was heavenly and very well presented. Would definitely go back.

Best Chinese restaurant in Birmingham City in my opinion.I must say the high level has slightly dropped in recent times but still worthy of 5 stars.I love their seafood soup for starters along with a tasty chicken yuk sung.For the main course my favourite is the teriyaki steak and the chilli & salt king prawns. Both delicious with egg fried rice or the rice noodles, just order both! Ask them to add peas to your egg fried rice for the perfect meal.

The best Chinese restaurant I’ve been to yet. Fantastic service, excellent food with great presentation.We had the sharing platter for two which was not only delicious but was a great dish for our first visit. We had the house red Malbec on recommendation from the waitress and it was great!We rang to book our table before our visit and they only had space by the bar. I will personally be requesting to sit here because I enjoyed being there!Recommend booking though as this place is popular for all the right reasons.
