Hot Spot in Birmingham

Worst people, they don't know how to deal with customs. Totally rubbish food. Definitely not recommend.

Terrible customer service skills. Questioned the price of an item not making sense and was spoken back to in a disgusting manor as opposed to being reassured of the price. Its not always about the food. I would much rather not eat from here if it means being spoken to in such a manor.Do double check your bill incase your being charged more than the menu states

wonderful food. when ever I'm going occasionally to Birmingham I always pay hot spot a visit. the food is very tasty and also value for money.

Very poor quality....................I don't know why they are doing this to me,When ever I come to this to buy a burger, I tell them to give me fresh donor burger, I also say please. But they still give you a hard cold and dry donor burger. And also chips was cold and rock hard.I'm sure they don't care about customer anymore. No more food from this shop…☹️☹️

The food is reasonable but one of the guys serving is ALWAYS so miserable! Absolutely zero customer skills and on top of that he messes up the orders!! Puts me off going there tbh. Needs to go on a training course!!! Smile doesn't cost anything!! Cheer up!!

Always great food! Lovely staff too.

Delicious and generous portions. Been coming here for years no complaints.

Their fish and chips were the best but somethings changed and its no longer the best. I had to retuen a portion and even the replacement was no better. Iv not been there past few weeks now. Its a shame because i went for that reason and its cleanliness.

Came previous for pizza and it was a disgrace I think they should close that section off... The fish and chips I ordered was nice the chips nice with there mayo the fish was dry and looked like it has been cooked and just been in the hot pan... Really annoyed so went to pete's pan and paid 5.80 for a meal deal was worth the munch... Wont be coming back here

I love it!their pizza it's fantastic, topical Italian style I'd say...Try Sweet man and add dinner kebab topic 💓..chips and burgers are also lovely ..down part,no delivery ..
