We live across the road and love Indian restaurants, so when we moved in, we thought absolutely fantastic! Such a shame the food is horrible. Everything is sooooo sweet, and when I say sweet, tate and lyle must sponsor the place. When food is that sweet, it can only mean one thing.... frozen or bought in sauces as there is no way a chef would put so much sugar in a curry when making it fresh. My advice is to avoid this place and check out Raj Mahal which is just up the road from here, they know how to do a proper curry! A Balti and Madras shouldn't be sweet at all!

Indian garden is a place more for adults because the food is a bit spicy and there is only some English food like fish and chips. Some children like poppadoms and they have some food that children might like. When I went there they didn't have any pudding because they said they were updating the pudding menu. Inside it is a bit fancy with nice staff but I had to wait over an hour for my food and I rate it 2 and 1 half stars

Tried out this Indian on uber eats today for the first time and it was lovely. Food came before expected time, what was a bonus!, and warm. I ordered a fish Curry and it was the best curry I have ever had... I wasn't even that bloated after! Rice and the naan breads were lovely along with the rogan josh what we also ordered. Definitely recommend... Going to visit the restraunt next time

Seated in area that lights were broken and a relatives visit months earlier the same lights were broken. Unable to read menu in unlit area. Asked the difference between certain rice's ie Fried Rice and Kashmiri fried rice and didn't know. Had been there many years ago and wasn't impressed and quite frankly nothing has changed. I definitely won't go there ever again

A local and long standing restaurant of high quality Indian cuisine enjoyed by ourselves, our children, and now our grandchildren. I personally love the lamb vindaloo with extra green chillies and keema play rice. The pricing has always been fair too, linked with very friendly knowledgeable staff, with customer service at the forefront.

Expensive compared to other Indian restaurants for takeaways with higher reviews, sheikh kebabs are not cooked no taste to them, £3.50 for a small curry sauce is over the top. It worked out no different for a takeaway to have a sit in although there should be 10% off for take aways and we collected ourselves, two weeks ago when we had the same meal it was £5.00 cheaper so not sure what's going on there.

The best Indian Restaurant in the area by a long way. Authentic great tasting Indian food at very reasonable prices. I've never had bad meal their either sit in or takeaway and I've eaten there at lot! I can definitely recommend if you love your curry.
