Really Nice coffee, I tried the Nut Caramel latte.The staff serving was very pleasant and was helpful when selecting the drinks.

I am regular customer at this location. Unfortunately, I did not have good service from Andrea the barista. She tried to correct me on the size of my drink, asking 'do you know what that is' making sure I knew the drink 'was not a big one'. While I understand she may have been trying to clarify the size of the drink she did not do that with any customers after me. As I was the only black person to order coffee for 2 hours after, I felt targeted. I don't want to sound crazy but microaggressions are annoying and unnecessary.

The coffee is great here but I’ve literally walked in to order a coffee and wash my hands and the female barista gave me the utmost patronising attitude when I asked where the toilet was to wash my hands. Absolutely atrocious customer service on her part and I’m never going back after that.

I love the vibe of the coffee shop! Great atmosphere and I wish I could know the name of the soundtrack used here! Try the Dalgona and forget about calories - it was divine! The staff are so coool

This is by far the best coffee place in Birmingham. The reason? The staff members! They are always so welcoming and attentive, and if you are a regular they remember you. That's how you do business. Also, I like the ambience and I highly recommend you try the zucchini cake - so delicious!!

I usually go to Moseley branch but as i was having a meeting in colmore row i thought id try this branch. Different layout, no cosy corner with easy chairs, i squeezed into only place with sockets. Surprised that tea was ame price as Moseley.
