Karma Lounge in Birmingham

A spot on place if you like an Indian meal, four of us had an excellent meal, in pleasant surroundings. It was fairly quiet on a Tuesday, we were able to relax and enjoy our food. Parking available at the back of the premises. Stairs to enter could be a problem if you have disabilties.

Tried to chase up order but they put they phone down on me after telling me to wait as they are busy. Been 1hr 40mins now. Can't even cancel as not answering phones now.Edit: Food turned up over 2 hours later than the 45 mins they said it would be. We had ordered elsewhere and eaten, They offered us the food for free as an apology so i have added a star. Asked them to give it one of the many homeless B'ham council refuse to help.Wish i could have rated their food as it is meant to be excellent.

Ordered from the restaurant before and not had any problems but I ordered food for delivery for 6 today and then it didn't turn up so my partner called at 18:05, he was told the food was ready but hadn't been sent out as they were waiting for a delivery driver. We still didn't get our food by 18:30 so my partner called again and was told the food had only just been sent out. Our food didn't arrive until 18:45 and was barely warm so the food was not enjoyable at all. They also sent stale poppadum's...I would have sent the food back if my partner hadn't been working a late shift which means he only gets a dinner break from 6-7. Needless to say we won't be ordering from here again.

Reasonably priced curry in here. Food was good too.

Nice enough place to eat, no license but Sainsbury's is downstairs open until 11 to get a drink. The weekday offer for £12.99 advertised online is apparently not on until next year 🤔

I will always recommend Karma Lounge to everyone, the food is lovely, the place its self looks great and the staff are so friendly, they always have a greeting and welcoming smile on their faces

This is hands down the best Indian restaurant/takeaway that you can order from.They never let you down with the service or the food. If you put me on the spot and asked me what the best food to order is, I'd say the tetul mix, followed by the king prawn and chicken pathia (not actually on the menu) but everything I have is always beautiful.Great place.

I'm looking forward to popping in here once the restrictions are lifted.I had an onion bhaji takeaway for £2.50. I received a complimentary poppadom.Very good food.Will re-edit once I've eaten inside
