KFC in Birmingham

Oval shaped burger and fries for the name sake. I think this is time for Google give minus stars...

The service is incredible! We ordered our food and then went to wash our hands. and when we come back the order was ready. What a speed! And the quality of food very high too. Thanks!

Horrible experience with the cleaner when I went to this kfc, got there at 10pm (an hour before they close) to get some food, when I arrived I sat at one of the tables as I had ordered through the app. I tried to be considerate and sit at the next table over from someone else. After a few minutes she begins demanding I move if I’m not buying anything to which I explain how I’ve ordered via the app; this led to her leaving after telling me not to make a mess as she doesn’t want to clean the table! I continued I wait and a couple minutes after the first conversation she circles back and orders me to move elsewhere, confused to where she wants me to go as all the other tables had their chairs up on the table. She was rude and inconsiderate, I tried saying how I’ve been on my feet all day and just wanted a small rest while I wait for the food. After all this I had ended up sitting on one of the seats being used to block off the rest of the restaurant, she then comes up to me AGAIN and tells me to move. I’m not usually one to complain but this left me in such a foul mood that at the end of a long day, I go to get some food and am not even allowed to wait in one place without being ordered to move with no manners what so ever.

We had wonnderful lunch in a very sophisticated clean and relaxed setting, the staff were very friendly, and the food was very palette pleasing. Try the mock tails to cleanse an all round superb experience I highly recommend, I will be visiting again. 💯

I came in asked for Bucket! Can I have a bottle of water please? Sorry only sparking water! OK I will have Tango instead! Gave me a Tango in a clear plastic cup like I am in a garden house party! ...Can I have some salt with my meal? We dnt have any salt! Can I have a tissue! Sorry no tissue! Really bad service

Eating here while I post this not only have I had to wait nearly 12 mins for food they missed multiple items off the order no sorry thank you or anything.The counter staff are more interested in serving the just eat guys than anyone else the quality and the prep of the food is terrible I not goingnto purchase food from here anymore I've had enough.Would sooner go to that new chicken shop jaqks which is actually better than kfc and they can say thank you save your money don't.go there.

What a total s***hole. Got my order wrong charged me more...fries you wouldn't feed your dog with. no please or thank you. Miserable bunch of kids with no manners & couldn't spell enthusiasm if you asked them. Like who employees these kind of sour faced bunch of idiots. Place is a waste of time total disgrace to fast food. Disgusting

Horrible experience today at kfc. Order was wrong, and the atmosphere inside the restaurant was abysmal. Employees were anything but enthusiastic and guests were rowdy and noisy. Drink was given in a big cup that was barely filled, and had a lid with no opening to drink from. A waste of paper, plastic and money, for the poor customers buying it. Very poor quality of service, won't be visiting this branch again.

Worst kfc ever! Ordered eat in... order was done quite fast but it was served as take out. I took a tray and gone to one of the tables. When I opened the bag, things were missing from the order, no cups given no forks and no paper towels. Pepper is inexistent and salt as well. Needed to go 3 times and argue with the staff over the order that I paid. I will never go back again

Didn't have the items wanted, gave us diet coke instead of regular when receipt states regular pepsi, service wasn't bad, but the first time I'm saying that the inside of KFC smelt like wet dogs as well as my food, definitely need to be more hygienic as that is obviously not normal.
