Asked for vegan mushroom rice. They shoved egg in there. Waiting for refund.

Took over an hour for the food to arrive...collection I was told 10mins but couldn't drive there, when calling kept on being told 5mins but waited 30mins from the first call. Food was cold dry and didn't taste as good.

Very poor service was told a hours wait. After a hour called and told me another 35 minutes. Then when order came wrong order.

You've got to try this amazing meal out. Meal tastes great and well keep you coming for more. Fantastic guys 😋

disgusting food,havent used this place for a long time used to be lovely.ordered tonight an must say it was vile chips looked liked they were from lastnight,special curry was like water and bbq spare ribs tasted nothing like bbq.will NEVER EVER order from here again waste of £14

We've ordered delivery a few times now from the New Kwang Hao and it has yet to disappoint. The chicken cashew is particularly nice but all the meals have been delicious with lots of vegetables/sauce. The deliveries have also always been within the hour despite ordering on Fridays.

This is our favourite Chinese takeaway, we actually don’t order from anywhere else. Large spring rolls are especially delicious as well as the rest of the dishes we have ordered from here. Great service with very fast delivery. Highly recommended.

Not bad enough that the food was delivered cold and there was a big bone in the shredded duck, but then had a 4.5 minute argument on the phone with the rude 'lady' who takes the orders, while she worked out how much of the food she was prepared to refund. It's not rocket science. Why would we want a credit? You think we would want to use you again?

Best chinese I’ve ever had in Birmingham. Food is always hot and tasty and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Been using now for over a year and it’s remained consistently excellent.Delivery does take a while but I think it’s because the driver does each meal individually rather than having a few sitting in the car. It means it takes longer but the food is always hot. Definitely worth the wait in my opinion.
