I haven't shopped here apparently you guys taken money from my Lloyd's bank current account earlier this month couple of times which it shows on my statement that I made a transaction when I clearly didn't, I want a refund asap because I have nothing left in my Lloyd's bank current account at the moment I am broke or skint this has affected my mental health really badly made it worse. I want a refund or am I going to report you for fraudulent transactions.
