Levana in Birmingham

Wouldn’t let me in and couldn’t give any good reason why. Worst part was I was only there to pick up my girlfriend so she didn’t have to get a taxi home. Really dodgy place. Avoid.

This club is not safe the staff are disgusting my niece was spiked in this club and not one member of staff helped her and then Charlotte One of the bar staff tried to say she was lying after sharing her story on Facebook to make other people aware of what is really going on in that place they didn’t even have the decency to check she was ok we will be making sure the police get to the bottom of this

So if you are an attractive girl it's automatic free entry. Where as if you are a male going in you get charged 10 pounds. Do they just make rules up on the spot depending on who goes in? Try and avoid this bar is possible. Probably get in cheaper else where and have a much more enjoyable night

I love levana best place down Arcadian way, great playlist and a nice vibe. Very expensive though and a dress code.

Situated within Arcadian square, on Hurst street.. got there about 10pm .. was just starting to pick up... by midnight , the entire square went mental with people hopping from one bar to another..This place, however, was the busiest with great vibes!Friendly staff, good music, and well dressed people with a positive attitude for a crazy night out. Had a lot of fun!Recommend going there early ish by about 11:00-11:30pm on weekends as this place picks up quite quickly.

We had attended their bar multiple times throughout the night. We Must have spent at least £400 between the three of us. Our friend who was pregnant and the designated driver wasn't allowed to pee once they had announced they were closing. We explained the situation and yet we were greeted with 'I don't care' from a young lady who's lips puckered at the thought of leaving us in the cold and windy weather. I am just shocked that after 4 hours of being in the establishment one of us was not allowed to pee was truly shocking.

Though this was an upper class glamorous venue for the younger generation, but completely changed my mind after my first half a visit, wasn’t allowed in coz they said I have a Romanian boyfriend with me so was offered to either go inside alone without him or leave the queue with him !!!!! This is brutal and racist and gross! I will take you guys to court because of this action ! Your cctv has caught it and I recorded a video too ! This place needs so much shutting down ! You are a shame not only for Arcadian but for the entire city !!!!!

My daughter got attacked by a woman and her boyfriend and your security throw my daughter out and accuse her of having a knife 😠 IT WAS A BARTENDER'S CORK SCREW BECAUSE SHES A BAR TENDER WHICH IS WHY THE POOICE AFTER YOUR SECURITY GUARD GOT HER ARRSTED LET! HER! GO! but the couple that started it was allowed to stay inside. White couple, black girl need I say anymore

Was told by friends to give this place a go, I ordered a well done burger emphasising "well done" to the bartender, 20 minutes later I get some burger which was "rare" or "medium rare",I could smell the rawness of it, funny enough when returning the burger and tell that's not what I asked for, I end up talking to a person who was meant to be the manager and she replied you haven't asked the chef to make the burger well done for you,They were not taking the blame for it but obviously the bartender had forgotten to write a note on my order to make it well done,Ended up leaving the place angrily without food and no refund !!!Who wants to go there next ??? !!

arrived early on for a drink and something to eat. half our group got served for food, the other half got told they stopped taking orders. but then for the rest of the hour they were serving orders from the kitchen, easily could've served our entire group then stopped. Seems like the chef can only handle a handful of orders before throwing in the towel.
