Just got home after having a lovely meet up with my work girlies at Manor Farm. We'd never been there before and going by previous reviews wasn't too sure what to expect, but we are SO glad we chose to meet up there and will deffo be going back again! Gary was an absolute gem, so helpful and attentive with a lovely friendly manner, and the young ladies working with him absolutely lovely. All were very welcoming and friendly. The food was very nice and served pretty quickly (One of the young ladies even popped outside to where we were to let us know our food was on it's way to the table) and the cakes we will definitely be going back to try, they look amazing!! (We had the ice cream & Sundaes today as very hot weather) and we'd chosen a nice time to book (5pm) as it wasn't too busy. We left with very happy full tummies after having a great time and will be going back there for our next meet up.

Lovely staff who greeted the 2 of us as soon as we arrived and we got a table in a quiet spot. Had a few issues with carvery stock but this was quickly resolve with the team. Great to see that yes, things go wrong, but sorted impeccably when they do which means more than "just a refund". Really appreciate it. If we're in the area again we will definitely come back. Quality of food was excellent as was huuuuuge selection of drinks. In the end had the combo feast and the chip shop supper which was better than any chip shop. Thankyou very much Manor Farm team!!

There for a family birthday party. The park had different meals off the menu so all gave differing review ranging from good to very poor. One had the cheese and potato pie which was served in a pastry case and accompanied with mashed potato and beans. Utterly disgusting and was given a refund. Another had steak and they were satisfied. Those having the car very faired much better. Myself and one other had the humble cheese beef burger served with chips and coleslaw. The cheese just about made a entrance and the coleslaw was a complete waste of time. The chips were also a disappointment, tepid on the first attempt and after sending it back they weren’t much better. After waiting for over 3/4 - 1 hour for it I was expecting it to be hot and how can you get chips so wrong.I don’t think many of the party would return. There were 16+ in the party.

What a horrible experience. We ordered two meals from the menu and one carvery. We waited what we thought was a reasonable time to get the carvery, but that was finished long before the meals came, which we waited over half an hour for. Having waited that long I thought at least they will be fresh cooked and hot. They were neither. My chips had been hanging around a lot longer than I had, and the chicken was barely warm. We were seated directly under a speaker making the most horrible noise making conversation impossible. That's two hours of my life and ÂŁ32 I will never get back! NEVER AGAIN.

Brilliant, polite and helpful. Never had an issue with the food. Was perfect. Ordered a massive cake to take home for £5. Been a while since I've been here. 10/10. Staff need to give themselves a pat on the back. Never stop. Keep up the good work. 👍🏻

Great choice on the menu. Food was nice. Friendly staff. There is a Kids play area and outdoor seating.Plenty of tables available as it's a large pub. Cakes looked amazing but I resisted.

Firstly I can’t complain about the food as it was served pretty quick and my sirloin steak was the best I’ve tasted in quite a while. The price was very reasonable also. The complaint’s I have are that the availability of food requested by others in my party were told it’s not available. I mean a simple salad couldn’t be served as they had none prepared. And lastly the attitude of ALL the staff was pretty terrible. There is not table service and no interaction from them is non existent. Even at the till they are not interested in even looking at you whilst making an order at the till after waiting in a long queue. After not getting what we wanted I noticed that the staff were complaining about us amongst each other. Simply because we couldn’t get what we wanted. Absolutely never returning to this place even if it was free. Staff ruined our complete experience

The M6 was at peak traffic, so I decided to swing by this place. Good spot of luck that I did. It's located just by Junction 5. I opted for the Crispy Chicken Medley. What you will find is that the menu conveniently has the calories specified, for each item in detail. This was very useful if you are on a calorie controlled diet. When my food arrived, it was piping hot and they gave plenty of butter, for the corn on the cob and jacket potato, that I had with it. The meal was good value for money and the portions were of an adequate size. They also have some cakes, which are massive. One slice of cake would be enough for 2 or 3 people. The staff were polite, helpful and did ask if everything was ok with the food. If I'm in the area and hungry, I'll be visiting again and I'll try the Carvery next time.

Very disappointed after reading good reviews we expecting something more. We order starter main meal and dessert and first what we got it was dessert, my strawberry cheesecake wasn't cheesecake just frozen whip cream and for main meal we have to wait hour so our ice cream in the dessert was already melted.

Good basic food, reasonably priced. Friendly staff. They couldn’t do any form of decaf coffee or tea though!Thought I’d have a desert so ordered via the app a carrot cake. A huge 3 story monstrosity arrived covered in caramel dressing and fudge pieces. The app didn’t show a picture. I had to send back as it was far too sweet.A plain replacement arrived but the carrot cake was dry, and still far too much to eat, quantity over quality I fear. I just wanted a nice piece of moist carrot cake! They offered to box it up for me to take away, but I just didn’t want it.Staff were very pleasant throughout.
