The worst M&S cafe I’ve ever been to. Lack of produce that is listed on the menu plus very rude lady making coffee, the boy working the till was very polite so I can’t generalise with all the staff. This is the 3rd and final time I will attempt to eat or drink there. It’s such a shame as the actual store is fantastic and a pleasure to shop in

Today I visited the M&S Cafe the lady frombar Tema can't even make a cappuccino this is basic hot drink she gave me watery milk.No one comes to collect the glasses from tables and everywhere is such a messy.
