Wanted just an apple pie at 4am had to wait 15mins but fantastic it's open at this time but it's too packed with drunk students. Sucks that morning menu wasn't available at this time as well. They started kicking people at at 4:30 which is crazy

First time I've had a McDonald's in ages and got to town n they'd all gone until I remembered good old Maccies on the ramp. Food was perfect, friendly staff and a really chilled out place👌

Just wanted to leave a review for the gentleman who was working the floor today, tried to catch his name badge, it was something like Envision...?Anyway I hope he gets the recognition he deserves, he was brilliant, he was clearing tables and allowing customers to leave without worrying about clearing their tables, he was quick to clean tables that customers were about to sit on and had excellent customer service skills, my son was a bit tired and he got him a toy to cheer him up, he was polite and well mannered and is a real credit to the company!Thank you.

·

Definitely a good option, been here many times, the restaurant is clean and service is fairly quick. Quite a lot of seating although at peak times it can be difficult to get a seat. However, worth a visit.

The disabled are not allowed in - every time we tried, the 3 tables downstairs were occupied by people who could EASILY go upstairs, and one family of four today were taking up TWO if the tables, which should have been space for SIX, and the staff member we asked for help didn't care! If you have ANY disability, go to a rival company like we do!

·

Obviously the food is great like all other McDonalds but if you're looking for a place to sit at a busy time then forget about it. Little if anything downstairs so you'll have to take everything upstairs and then struggle to find somewhere to sit. Just something to think about in the middle of the city centre. Else everything is as expected in a McDonalds

·

Restaurant hygiene 0!Awful place to visit. All food restaurants must be clean! This place is worst than a prison cell! The floor is suppose to be mopped and cleaned daily! This place hasn’t been cleaned in years! Images speak for themselves!Environmental health need to visit this place for a inspection!

·

Hectic and hard to find a seat. Staff struggle with cleaning up after customers because of the footfall. But operating the best the can given the size and the number of customers.

·

Order was wrong when handed to me, had completely different order on the tray but was telling me it was my order number, then when I'd walked upstairs and started eating I realised what I had was still wrong but because it was busy and I didn't have time to keep going back down and waiting I just ate it. Wasn't great. Also every time I go in I get asked by homeless people if I'm going to buy them some food. They never seem to be moved out or on.

·

It's OK. Busy place which is expected for a city centre. Ordered a double big mac. I thought there was supposed to be bread in-between the double patty. I had 4 pattys together.I was hungry so didn't mention it to the staff
