Mcdonalds Restaurant in Birmingham

The service was the worst I ever experience I have had at any McDonald's for a long time the quality of the food has gone downhill.and some of the staff rude and one of the customers told one of the members of staff the customer jumped in the queue and still served them before me and a customer it not what I come to expect from any McDonald's and the food was poor at best. It will be a long time before I go back.

Fast, economic and decent vaegitarian options finally.My first McPlant burger, not bad.

At the end of the day, a McDonald's is a McDonald's. You're going to be able to get that fast food goodness at pretty much any one of their establishments without too much variation. That being said, is this a franchise you should consider? In my experience, the queues haven't been too bad and it doesn't suffer with quite the same problem as some that I've been to recently where it's packed with Deliveroo and Just Eat drivers. That being said, the eat-in seating is a bit dingy. And sticky. An option of you're getting something on the go, perhaps.

Went in for special offer via the app, found the app was programmed ot to let you check out. Staff very unhelpful and couldn't process the order through the till. Must do better. Ordered using the auto boards, order did not have extra items as requested. No time to replace the order. Typical none caring McStaff. Programmed not too help. 'We can't'. Come on, I am a customer.

This McDonald's on the Grand Central tamp is Legendary. The bants, the after night out scenes, the arguments, the rumbles. I've had better times after the club in this McDonald's than the night out itself. Poor security guards have their work cut out for them. The foods okay too lol

Always the same half decent like all Macdonalds it's generic food so you no what your getting no matter where in the UK you may be ahaa

I don't think I have ever been into this mcdonalds fully sober.This is mcdonalds service one purpose and one purpose alone - to provide the finest food you will ever eat after one too many 'Dizzy Waters' from the various watering holes across the land.This mcdonalds does its job well. Provides reasonably priced food to reasonably drunk people.

Restaurant hygiene 0!Awful place to visit. All food restaurants must be clean! This place is worst than a prison cell! The floor is suppose to be mopped and cleaned daily! This place hasn’t been cleaned in years! Images speak for themselves!Environmental health need to visit this place for a inspection!
