McDonalds Star City in Birmingham

Had a breakfast from here and for the last two days I’ve been ill. Throwing up and very bad belly pains. I’m very rarely poorly. Found it a coincidence how this started an hour after having the breakfast. Reluctant to use them again. Never been so ill.

Star City Mcdonalds.Birmingham. 20-44pm 18/03..Rude rude rude.!!!The man on the checkout/speaker was quite polite. The payment taker I'm assuming was the same guy,was again polite.But then at the serving hatch,a different guy practically threw the food at us and I thanked him politely but he literally sneered in disgust .He went to fetch our drinks. He then returned and I asked for 2 sauces..He shouted rudely that there was a sign,why didn't we follow the orders.? I explained we hadn't noticed a sign on which he then replied "well remember next time" very abrupt and stormed off. His customer service in a front facing position is appalling.I was going to the manager but my partner " didn't want a scene" so carried on driving home.

Yes, I did visit, but not for myself. Food is definitely fast. That is why it's not cooked properly. A couple of good things I would say about mcdonalds, they help to keep you fit by getting you to 🏃‍♂️ back and forth to the restroom. 😭

Waited around 30 seconds for my order which is good. but the burger was dripping in grease and cold. the chips were soggy. my drink had one huge piece of ice in it, meaning i couldn’t get my straw in. they did replace the burger and this time it was fine.It also stank of rotten fish as we walked in, and cleanliness isn’t the best. this place needs a review.I usually go to the mcdonald’s on college road which is okay at best, but this was way worse, if your in birmingham avoid this mcdonald’s, there’s a subway across the road.We also got stared at by a cleaner here, low-key creepy.It’s like a horror show in here, would rather eat at kfc. i hate chicken.I’m going home stinking of fish now, i won’t be surprised if my cat tries to eat me. I may have salmonella also, we’ll see.Kind regards, Ken.

Every time I came to this branch, the quality of food was mediocre, and this time, after delaying my order for 20 minutes on Drive thru, they asked me to take my order back to the store.Their customer service is very weak and employees are irresponsible. In addition, most of the time the shop is dirty and the hygiene are not well observed.I will never come back here again!!!!

not the first time we have had issues tonight ordered on uber eats 3 meals all with fries all the food was cold worse than that there was no fries contacted uber eats for a refund on missing items also we orders nuggets and the sauces was missing very poor svc never use them again really poor svc the restaurant is less than 15min away food should not be cold waste of time and money

This branch never seems to have anything in stock. Each time iv'e asked for a milkshakes or a Mclurry it's always the same ol, same ol, no delivery yet. I mean who is managing the logistics or stock control? Worst McDonald's in my humble opinion.

I would have give this place less than one star if it was possible. It is in a very good spot, however the service was awful. The staff were rude and the whole place smells really bad. Tables weren’t clean and the drinks weren’t full. While we were there one the customers was complaining which were showing this is not only us that weren’t satisfied.

Long slow queue for the drive thru. Fries were cool and slightly undercooked. Everything else was just your normal McDonald's

Ordered to table and food arrived cold and soggy after over a half hour wait. At first it was busy and understandable that it might take a little time, however once more people cleared out it became obvious that we weren’t going to get our food anytime soon. Not expecting 5 star service from McDonald’s but this was borderline inedible considering the time it took to get to us.
