Milano Fast Food in Birmingham

Good food, nice service,

It used to be very good but 3 times I ce fiind hair în my food...half a year I didn't ordered from you and I wanted to give you another change and surprise hair again ..I really like your food but because you don't actually follow health & food safety I will never ever order from you! Really disappointed not to mention that their really expensive so you can afford some cap to cover your head

Not the best considering the price you pay. Hit and miss, sometime decent, sometimes pretty poor. Not an Italian by any stretch of the means. Parmesan topping doesn't make a dish Italian, unfortunately.

Absolutely lovely food. Lady on phone is very friendly. I recommend the masala fish in Naan, its snow white cod and taste is great. This place is a hidden gem!

My food come and it was late and they also sent the wrong order I phoned them up they said they cant do nothing about it and started giving me verbal abuse so I paid for food I dont eat and had to throw it away customer service is terrible wouldnt recommend

Just recieved my order, it was cold and I found a sharp piece of metal in my food. Couldn't finish was very disappointed as its never happened before.

Just ordered several pizzas for a kid’s birthday party. They were hot, tasty, delivered on time and very good value. They even brought a few free Nutella pizzas. Would recommend, Thank you!

We eat from here on a weekly basis however yesterday ordered a pizza meal deal and there was black or very dark brown hair in all of the pizzas put everyone off the food complete waste of money and considering how regular we order from there excepted better from staff was offered a replacement pizza and none of us was hungry won't eat from here again lost a good customer.

Food took over 1 hr to arrive on top of that when we came to eating the food the order was incorrect not what we had ordered . Phoned to complain instead of a sincere apology got told I should of been more clear .A load of rubbish ...if I ordered a donner burger I expect a donner burger!!!! How more clear could I be . Avoid this place as your paying way more then you should for food that is average, on top of that food takes for ever to arrive no customer service plus no guarantee you will get what you ordered !!!Dissapointing !!!!!!

Good food, excellent amount of choice. Just wish the burgers came with salad in them! Or at least it was stated that we should specify salad. I can't believe anyone would eat a burger without it!
