Mindi House in Birmingham

Good doesn’t look fresh and not that tasty. Prices are cheap but if you want salmonella. This is the place to be.Customer service is appauling. They bring you food that you haven’t ordered. Then make you pay for it. An old lady customer with her kids having a proper fight with the owner about this. The whole atmosphere is unpleasant.I don’t recommended it.

Best Mandi I've had in the East Midlands. The rice and pasta were nice and flavourful, the meat was the star of the show, with the lamb falling right out of the bone. Excellent atmosphere with private spaces to eat. Prices are very reasonable and worth it, portions are perfect

First time ate with family. Excellent tasting food, fall off the bone lamb, best spices. Large portion sizes, good value for money, got house meal platter, good for party/ family. Family rooms available, with tables or floor seating. Friendly good staff. Parking near Green lane mosque/ Morrison.

I got the meal for one. Large portions of everything. The rice was tasty and the lamb was even better. Overall very much enjoyed the taste of the food and the portions are generous.

customer service is absolutely terrible. i am a niqabi woman i went in to order and the person at the counter didnt ask me what i wanted to order or if i was ready to order he then proceeded to ignore me when i was saying my order he kept looking back and ignoring me even though i was talking to him about what i wanted to order. i walked back out. i like the food from this restaurant it is nice however the customer service is not meeting the standard.

The best Mandi I had in Uk. The chicken and flavour of rice is too good. But lamb is not that great. Staff service is good. Must try there lamb soup.

Arabic dishes at best price in town! Loved their black tea which was exceptional!! 😍😍 Also, they have Arabic kind of seatings inside the rooms!

I visited this place today. Customer service was really good! The food tasted delicious. I love the fact the restaurant has private family rooms!

Came here first time and experienced great service, there weren't any sugar free drink options, but the person who served us was more than happy to procure one for us. The food at this place was much tarsier than that at similar shops (Momos) in my opinion. I just found the coating on their lamb and chicken shawarma much tastier. This would be my new go to place for this type of food. Pricing is also better and conveniently priced. I would say that in a platter of 3 the shawarma is a little less (we did get more given at the time, so basing it on a normal portion that everyone would receive). All in all tasty food and would return. They have good eat in options with private booths available too. Toilets available here (but in need of renovation) and bonus is they take card payments. The only downside was their Naans were not actual traditional Naans but more like shop bought which was the only let down, but wouldn't put me off from returning. Whilst we were sat awaiting the arrival of our food, we noticed several orders for takeaway, giving us more confidence in the place, worth a try.//Returned and again the food was great, but this time the portion was much larger than the first visit, yet we ordered the exact same things second time round as they're that good. Will update to see if the quantity changes for a 3rd time.

Food is tasty however restaurant itself is in dire need of renovation esp the seating area and the toilet.
