Ms Fed's Kitchen in Birmingham

Very nice food, good BBQ, a decent number of halal options on the menu (would love more). Reasonably priced, service is great, comfortable clean seating. We will definitely return soon.A drawback was enthusiasm from staff, it would be great if they could make a bit more effort with setting the table and serving customers, it felt a bit dull and awkward. They also need may e an extra waiter on the floor, O felt there was only one person on the restaurant floor.

Was excited to visit after hearing some good things. But overall was very disappointed with our visit there. Staff treated us as if we were annoying them when we were our placing our order. Also surprised to find out they only accept cash payments, even through we called to make enquiries. We will not be returning back although the food was decent.Staff attitude and behaviour let the whole experience down with their rude behaviour towards customers.

Waited forever to order and then waited 1 hour for it to come. The waiter didn’t tell us what the dish was that he was putting down even though we asked and they kept forgetting our orders and drinks. The meat came half raw, had to spit it out.

It is fake Korean bbq. The flavor is not Korean at all. No Korean source in any dish. No spicy flavor at all. No vegetable or kimchi to go with the bbq unless requested. The meet quantity is very little for each dish. Also there’s no service at all. Cannot get the waiter to come unless you go to the bar counter. Will never come again.

Quite a disgusting place; everything was dirty and sticky, it honestly reminded me of one of those muffy smoking lounges at an airport. The service was unfriendly, took extremely long and generally low quality. The food was quite tasteless and, even though low priced, not worth it. Would not recommend this place at any time.

You can only pay cash, and I was made to feel very unwelcomed by the staff. There is 1 person serving who was as unenthusiastic as can be who would've rather gone on his phone than actually serve us for 30 minutes. It was so cold that even the staff were wearing coats indoors and my order came with items missing. The food is extremely overpriced and honestly the hospitality was worse part of the experience. Also only chicken is halal

Dishes were okay, not the strong flavours I expected. The teokbokki had 2 pieces of fish cake in it and wasn't spicy which was disappointing. The fried tofu and teriyaki salmon were really nice. You get a very small amount of sauce with the bulgogi bibimbap which doesn't taste as spicy as you'd expect from gochujang.Service wasn't great either. Had to ask twice to order and remind someone of our drinks.

So excited to visit this lovely restaurant! Great experience for our first Korean bbq, the staff were very friendly, they explained to us how to work the bbq and their service has been great throughout our dinner. Would definitely come back!

The restaurant is very spacious and comfortable, it seems to me that there is only a shortage of employees, so it is not quite fast service, but respect for good food and the efforts of the service that exists. Thank you for the delicious dishes 👍

Food was amazing, and service was absolutely excellent! First time trying Korean bbq, shout out to our amazing waiter who had exceptional customer service and helped us cook the food!
