Nando's - Birmingham, Broad Street in Birmingham

Went to Nandos with a friend who has many dietary requirements. The manager that was there on the 16-3-22 Went above and beyond while assisting my friend with her order. When the food arrived the quality of our meals were outstanding. Thank you to all the staff at Broad Street Nandos for doing such an excellent job👍🏽👍🏽

This nandos cannot conpare to starcity chicken was dry and not enjoyable at all.How can you have dry chicken at 12:30 in the afternoon.My daughter loves the wings they do but even she didn't enjoy it from here.

Visited this evening, was quite so didn't have any issues with getting a seat. Tills were down so had to order online, took a while as had to download the app and it was playing up

Good atmosphere, well cooked food served quickly on a Saturday evening and in order. Staff could be more consistent with the levels of service. A few were rude tbf and didn't manage the queue well. For food on Broad Street then 4 is far

Best nandos in town in terms of service. On top its Halal. Since its in clean air zone, it's not that busy and you don't have to wait too long.

Nandoes always do great tasting chicken I think its the one all other chicken places aspire too.the service isnt the fatsest nor the frieldliest but once it arrives its great chicken so well worth the wait

Food was good but service was slow.

This has to be one of the worst Nando branches. I asked for my chicken to be well done& extra hot. It was none mentioned. I was given medium spice @ the chicken was nowhere near well done just the standard cooking of the chicken. The brocolli was watery, bland and luke warm. The drink was the best part

Service was a little slow but delicious as always!

Chicken wings were great: perfectly cooked and crispy, the hot was surprisingly hot. Chicken breast was a bit dry though. Good value for money.
