1 star is generous. the food is good. customer service extremely poor. Nando's management need to train their staff, No one smile they feel they are stack in that job that makes them look so miserable that they want to kill themselves that’s how bad their faces are, they probably forgot that they don’t wear face mask anymore! so bad specially the one in the counter.

I don’t know what it is about Nando’s but each restaurant has consistently bad customer service. Couldn’t get my food out in a timely manner, doesn’t have the food item I want on the menu, provided no napkins, forces you to make an account before you order. The food is decent I guess

I haven't been to Nandos in a long time, but my 2 minute interaction with Jessica was well worth it. She was patient with me when I was struggling to read my order off my phone and she was super prompt getting my order though. True credit to the team.

Food was exceptional but this guy dropped my plate on the table however it wasn’t a big deal cuz we had loads of time on our hands plus Amiira was very pleasant and welcomed us to the restaurant

Love this place, it has such a restful vibe, the service is superb and the food is great. The bottomless drinks is a plus, great south background music.

As we arrived we found out you had to scan the qr code and press on the link and join the virtual queue, they will text you when your table is ready. We had a bit of trouble with the link, but we got a table straight away in a booth which was really nice. We ordered the platter for 2 which is a butterfly chicken and 4 thighs with 4 regular sides, we had garlic bread and chips and a super food grain bowl which was really nice and some coleslaw. I really fancied some wings so ordered some extra. It was a perfect portion size and we managed to eat it all without any waste. For drinks we had the apple cider which was really lovely. All in all we had a really great experience, with really lovely friendly staff.

Tricky for an elderly technophobe like me to book a table and order food but to my delight staff are wonderfully helpful and willing to take an order in person, over the counter. I really enjoyed the food and the vibrant atmosphere.

Me and my boyfriend popped in for some food on my birthday & had a lovely time from start to finish! Food was delicious as always (my partner went for the sunset chicken burger, and I went for the imitator wrap).Clint was absolutely phenomenal and a true asset to the place - so friendly, happy and chatty with nothing being too much bother. Top notch guy! Thanks for making our visit fantastic 😊

Sloppy bland food, costs £9 for a tiny burger and a handful of chips 😱 I had the medium peri peri grilled chicken burger and it was tastless and the peri peri chips may aswell have been plain chips. Its order by phone too via a code which took forever as you have to create an account and then wait for a verification code. They also brought us 6 glasses as they had no clue who needed what!
