Ocean Dragon Japanese Restaurant in Birmingham

We chosen this place to dine in for the sushi as I haven't really tried any other Japanese food yet.Presentation was amazing, that little boat looks amazing 👏, also the menu has explicit description of the food and a picture attached to make it easier for customers to choose.Staff was nice, helpful and really fast. 👍Indoor ambiance looks nice cozy and a bit exotic ⛩Sushi mix is great specially for people like me who want to try more but spend less😅 I have to say I didn't like of them but I did like most of themAnyway great place totally recommend this if you are in Birmingham and look for Japanese cuisine 👍👌

Staff were very friendly and helpful, the meals served piping hot and beautifully presented,very clean toilets , pretty modern restaurant qlwith quite a few vegetarian dishes

We were looking for some sushi place and try this restaurant. It's better if you book a table. But we didn't and they were so kind to find us a free table (but you will need patience. The food took a while, but it worthed the waiting. We are going back to try something else from the menu, we liked a lot.

Great service and food. Price was very fair. Manager came and spoke with us to check if the food was okay and was very welcoming. Would definitely go again

Very nice Japanese themed restaurant. Some solid Japanese food staples on the menu and nicely prepared and presented. Very reasonably priced for Japanese food too, in keeping with the other restaurants in the surrounding area. Conveniently located in the Arcadian in the Chinese quarter, the service was friendly and efficient, and the food very tasty and nice portion sizes. I would definitely go again to try more things on the menu.

Fancied some Japanese food and this was the closest to where I was with good reviews.Absolutely beautiful food with lovely service. The restaurant is so calm and really clean too.One of my favourite and best places I've eaten at in a very long time.Thank you.

WOW food was amazing and staff was amazing we booked a party over 20 people and everything was on point but the best part was the food it was delicious🔥💛 definitely will be coming back thanks again great night 🍚🍥🍣🍤🍙🍘🍱

Loved it! Maybe because it wasn't busy at all and we could pick the dug-in table and the food was ready quick.The only comment i'd have would be that they don't really send out the food all at once... honestly, i can't tell if they have a method in the service or just send it out as its ready but we had the mains then the soup...But we were really easy and the food was really well prepared and presented.The most impressive was the price... much lower than i expected.We'll definitely visit again!

10/10 have recommended this place to everyone I know who loves sushi/Japanese food! The restaurant itself is lovely, the staff are very friendly and attentive and every single dish we got was delicious! No complaints at all!
