Customer service is appalling, food was delivered late and it was cold. they claim to be a halal shop but in fact have no certificates to prove this and are lying to the customers which is ridiculous. i have also noticed the front cashier staff are all female and the cooks are male which doesn’t sit right with me. the owner also drives a Maserati which he could only afford due to increasing the prices every couple of months!! the quality of the food is standard so there is no need for it to be expensive. disgusted with this place i have ordered enough times to notice these inconsistencies.

The prices have gone up the service and food has gone way down. They continually get the orders wrong and there staff are terrible as well is the manager. Happy to take your money but if there is a problem they wont help. Dont waste your money. Wont be using them again

Ordered food for delivery, part of order missing and one item wrong. Food poor quality chilli cheese bits had no cheese. Had to go to shop to recollect. No apology for getting order wrong. Manager said they was bissy. So that make it of ok to be rude and got Ordered wrong. Not recommended

Used to be good, staff a rude and have put up prices a lot. If you ordering 5 meals they only give 1 sauce for free which is stupid as you paid for 5 meals. you should get 5 sauces for free in line with how many meals you bought. I understand the 6th sauce not being free. So stupid and greediness on owners side will have customers going elsewhere.
