Philpotts in Birmingham

I have fond memories of Philpotts. An upmarket salad and sandwich purveyor. I popped my head into their Colmore Circus branch after seeing artisan coffee advertised on their upmarket sign. I was surprised to see a La Marzocco espresso machine on the counter. A mark of quality. I was not disappointed with my oat milk flat white. The staff were humble and chatty. The seating was perfect for a quick bite, or in my case, a sip of black golden.

Cold bake beans , had short time on hand to deal with it sadly they are getting one start , however atmosphere 8/10 , service at till 9/10 , value for money 8/10 well done please ensure your food is served hot/warm

Had breakfast there a few months ago when doign some work in Birmingham. The coffee and breakfast was excellentt the staff were very friendly, it's just a pity it closes early afternoon.It offers breakfasts and a wide variety of sandwiches and drinks.

Went in today had a lovely breakfast had a good choice as staff ask what you want on you plate and how much which is great place is spotless clean and staff are very friendly I would definitely come back here again and I would recommend it highly

Surprised I didn't know about this place sooner considering it's just around the corner from the courts. Great for a coffee or thick crust toast when you've skipped breakfast early morning. Nice and clean venue, fresh food made in front of you. I will definitely be sneaking in more work breaks to this place.

Well 1st time and last I'm afraid....chicken, onion and gravy baguette so disappointed. No onions and the gravy was non existent. Without the coffee I would have been chewing for hours. Come on it's a simple sandwich, my kids could have done a better job. I would have gone back to the shop but I was already off to my next job.....👎👎👎

Best sandwiches in Brum This chain of sandwich shops is excellent, they make the best hot and cold sandwiches fresh every day and the most amazing soups. Would highly recommended visiting Philpotts for lunch, simply the best!

Love this place... great food, better service and quick turn around. I believe the place is designed for take out... I will say I wanted to give a half star more, and the only blot is the seating space... still, I can live with that. Great for the Lunch time feed!!

They are brilliant! Excellent variety of food and service is second to none. We use weekly for our meeting lunch deliveries and they are fantastic, always on time and variety to suit every need!

Awesome salad and a good cup of coffee. Price are reasonable. Mince pies are awesome and large.
