Pineapple Chip Shop in Birmingham

Definitely not the best unless you have it on price. I'd say very average at best

One of the best authentic chippys in brum..if not the best. Food is always perfect, what ever your choice. Staff are great. Prices are more than fair, especially for city centre and hasn't changed in all the years I've been going there. Eat from here alot more than I should 😁

Hidden gem. You will not find better kebab meat and chips In the whole of Birmingham as far as I am concerened. What makes a great chippy is the chips and these are spot on

2nd time here and absolutely amazing food, cheap and brilliant service. They always go above and beyond to make sure my kids are catered for when eating in. It was a really good size portion fed 2 adults and 2 little ones for under £5 and left over

Food is tasty and the girl with the glasses who serves is very friendly and very helpful and it's almost a pleasure to eat there because of her she is a credit to that business

This is probably the best chippy I've had the pleasure of dining in. Fresh Food, Clean, Great customer service. What a fantastic place please try it just once if you are ever in Birmingham Town Centre. Its a few doors away from the iconic Peaky Blinders Pub . Very generous portions, I could not finish my meal. Nice ambience and always smiling staff. Traditional Fish 'n' Chips. Good value for your money.

March 17, 2020. Was famished just after driving from Aberystwyth, was looking for any Halal food outlets nearby our stay at Travelodge. (luckily it was only a 100m walk)Cheap but good fish & chips!!!

This chip shop feeds the homeless! They give hot chips to people on the streets! They said at night they give more food away when closing up; guess that means they make fresh food up every day, that's what we all want 'guaranteed recently cooked food right?' I like the way the chips are not raw like some chip chops, they are cooked and tasty! They have tasty meal deals, at a great price! I am so happy with this place I eat and tip the wonderful, kind hearted staff. They are a chip shop with a 'charitable' heart; a win, win for me! I choose this chip shop over 'any where!' No matter where I am, I will always come back around to the same place; different time, Ocean Fish bar, Birm!

Very nice food, hot well cooked, tasty, value for money. The only bad thing about the place is that the homeless people keep going in and asking for free food all the while, they are out of their faces on drink and drugs, which isn't nice for anyone to see while you are trying to eat your food. The server and the boss said that they have to put up with it every day and there is nothing that they can do apart from call the police, it comes to something when you carnt even go to the fish and chip shop without getting hassle. The server and the boss are both excellent, such a shame for them. The food is lovely and they are to.

I'm unhappy about having to give this chip shop any stars as I don't find they deserve it. The staff are rude and dishonest I've had the wrong food given to me on more than a few occasions, it seems there solution is to then argue with you. The food more recently I have found is under cooked I've had raw chips which I had to throw away. Also the food is very greasy. The prices they charge are unwarranted for the poor quality of food. I find they are taking advantage of the fact that they are one of the few chip shops in Birmingham town centre and therefore can treat there costumer's badly what a shame. I won't be giving them anymore money.
