Pizza Co in Birmingham

Poor customer service pizza was 20 min late through j7st eat and then cancelled i spoke to the shop and the customer service i received was aweful

Great pizza, super spicy wings but burger is not worth the money. Plain burger with old lettuce.

I visited PIZZA & Co on Sunday evening after sometime purchased Keema crazy & Hot Stuff. I was completely blow away it was so delicious and value for money. I even called the shop and expressed how good the service & pizza was. I will return back all day long.

Disappointed and not worth the price the burger is £5 and the buns microwaved and one piece of lettuce and the chips are overdone definitely not getting food from here, the pizza I got came with no sauce and really doughy

Seriously good pizza. Thin crust is the only way. If you eat them fat pizzas like your still in jail then this ain't for you.

Cancelled my just eat order after 20mins. Said they tried calling and did not. I have 5G and 5 bars on my phone, it’s been clear all day. Thanks now I have to wait another hour for another restaurant order and have to wait 3 days for my £19 refund. Won’t bother again.EDIT my boyf gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered off his account 2 days later and they did the same to him! Seems like they have plenty of money to refuse £20 orders and lie about us not answering the phone! Il be reporting them to Just Eat

VERY NICE PIZZA IS ON POINT AND THE CHIPS ARE JUST SO AMAIZING

I ordered through Uber Eats and the order was missing an item. The driver gave me his phone to talk to a person who kept yelling at me that I am wrong because his receipt doesn't have my item, which was not true considering that I paid through Uber Eats, and I clearly paid for all the items (I checked again and showed the driver my Uber Eats receipt). Really weird experience, I ordered through Uber Eats for the past 6 years and I have never experienced something similar. Usually, when a restaurant sends you an incomplete order, they excuse themselves, they're not yelling at the customer, especially when it's the restaurant's fault, not the client's. Maybe they didn't have the missing item in stock and they sent the order anyways, which is understandable. I've had missing items before when I ordered through Uber Eats and it's ok, everyone makes mistakes. The manager's story and reaction were really weird though, how can the restaurant's receipt be different than the Uber Eats one?

Suprasingly nice pizza. High quality cheese. Something I would definitely not expect while ordering a pizza after 12 am. I recommend 100%

Today ordered my usual pizza for delivery they said 40 minutes which is normal. A free an hour I phoned them they said pizza just gone in oven they had a sudden rush in customers. Pizza arrived after 1 hour and 25 minutes. The driver was new he couldn't find the house which took extra 5 minutes. After I gave him the money he went and returned 5 minutes later saying I was a pound short I knew I wasn't as I had counted it could have been a scam don't know. To top it off pizza was cold and was not to the usual standard won't be ordering again.
