Pizza Delfino in Birmingham

I had ordered for the first time today and got to say amazing pizzas. compare it to most pizza shops this is far more tasty 😋 . Really friendly and polite staff great job guys.

Avoid Pizza Delfino!!Absolutely vile pizza. No customer service. Got pizza for iftari, what a waste of time. Ruined my evening. Ended up binning the pizza! Used some old cheap cheese, which wasnt even melted! Just sitting on the pizza. Hardly any meat and left a horrible sour aftertaste. Base was rock hard. Had to ask for the sauces, which were tastless, dont know how long they have been sitting on the shelf. Fries were burnt. I dont normally leave a review but felt the need to so others dont experience what i did. I would give this place a zero rating if i could. Food standards need to give this place a visit, im sure they would close it down!!

Pizza is great ✔️Chefs kiss😁 everytime I have ordered the delfinos special L/XL it has never disappointed, one of the best pizza places in Birmingham, always recommend it to others, keep it up👍🏼 Consistency is key😀

Everytime I order from here, I say never again,but as convenient an kids like the chicken strippers I thought yet again,let's try,I've called them on at least 3 other occasions an complained,nothing ever been done an this is 1st time I've reviewed,this pizza is supposed to be a meat feast,more like a slice of pepperoni on each slice an cover it in cheese,always seems to just be in middle an big gap between crust an start of so called meat feast,..fries always seem to be cold an look like they've been sitting forever can't even say cheap as nearly £9 for single meal deal rubbish an will NEVER order again

Only pizza place we use for past 9yrs now. 99% of the time the food etc has been great as with most places sometimes there's been mistakes when comes to delivery orders but I mainly use collection service as they have the best deals available such as large pizza with 2 toppings for £4.99 or my familys favourite 3 large pizzas + fries or bottle of drink for £17.99 best deal around can't go wrong.

Normally I don't have a problem with delfino pizzas but I feel their standard are dropping. Surely eating melted polystyrene chips ain't good for anyone... Delfino may need to change the containers to better, eco-friendly ones where the polystyrene isn't being melted. Is there any health and safety rules to forbid any type of food being served like this?

Can’t comment on the pizza because I’ve haven’t eaten one, but chose the lamb special kebab. To be honest the salad was better than the kebab.! The kebab looks ’dead’ as In dry n not much meat at all. Also the smallest Pitta bread you can get which gives you the idea regarding size/scale. the picture doesn’t tell lies. I’m not a big eater but this wouldn’t satisfy a child. Never again.! 👎🏻

Good local shop delicious pizza I always get 3 large pizza offer with bottle of drink or fries for 16.99 which is a good deal they have lots of staff inside kitchen so waiting time is 10 15 mins although if you can phone in 20 mins before you get here your food will be ready to collect
