Pizza Deroma in Birmingham

Salad wasn’t fresh looks like it’s been sitting in the place for a week they forgot my drink the foods absolutely horrible all after nearly a 2 hour wait aswell rather eat left overs out a bin

The food is trampy! Tasted like they fried everything in water...ate hardly any of it it's that food that unsettles your sleep dirt taste and proper drained sort of food.. learn to cook cuz your chef is sht bruv.

Waited 1 hour 30 mins for food. Turned up like it had been sitting there for days. Chips were like chewing on rubber and the pizza was like a frisbie

So far best take away i have ever experienced defo worth it food is absolutely delicious

Delicious XL pizza at reasonable price, some free parking. Located straight under the BHX flight path.

Had first pizza meal from here little more expensive than some but the quality of food and friendly service is exceptional. Well worth the little extra. Delivery drivers are friendly and helpful too. 5 stars all round

Terrible ! We ordered our food at 20:30 and we received it at 22:08. It's 4 miles away from our location, the address clearly states travelodge and the driver was waiting at the holiday inn for 10 mins! I called the restaurant for him to contact me and he told me to come to reception and I was waiting for 10 mins, he wasn't there! Didn't even apologise !!

Excellent service provided. Ordered from Just eat and I had the fastest delivery from the driver TJ, a friendly and professional young lad. I have been using Just eat for a number of years but Pizza Deroma sets standards. Jay

Absolute disgusting attitude. Paid by card, payment received by restaurant. waited for 4 hours for food and it didn't turn up. Used to live by here and ate from There most weekends, never have I came across anything like it. Every time I've paid by card, the money has been took and no food has been delivered. Rang up several times and they just laughed down the phone along with vile attitude. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Ps. I'd give a big fat 0 if possible.
