Pizza Hot in Birmingham

After waiting 1 and 1/2hours for delivery of the worst pizza ever, chips dried out, and hardly warm never mind hot, initially they said I'd had already been delivered, then messaged to say it was on its way, I wish we never received it.

Absolutely disgusting customer service from lady on the phone. “Have you rang the wrong place“

I am a regular been using them for ages always speak 2 a man this time a lady took my order i asked 4 2 12 slice pizza they brought me 2 8 slice pizzas she told me that's what I asked for when I always ask 4 a 12 slice then wanted 2 charge me another £7 for another 4 slice very disappointed list my custom

Bad customer service by lady over the phone. My order was £31.97 they had NO tissues available as usual , she wanted to charge for sauce. When asked why is that she was very abrupt about it. She said you can pay for it or leave it So I said cancel my order please and she said ok and put the phone down i have decided now i will never be ordering again from this place. Guys at this place always very polite and offer great service but this lady in discussion has always been rude.

Good value pizza. Quick service aswel

I had ordered food from just eat and had a delivery for 20:05 and it did not arrive on time when I called the restaurant at 20:20 the staff were rude and said so what if we are late so I cancelled my food from just eat and I will never be ordering from here again really bad experience and my mother who is ill had to wait for 1 hour extra as I had to go and get food from another place

Sadly this was my favourite pizza place, but the last twice, the pizzas have lost their flavour.

I ordered twice before from this place and the food was great. I ordered recently (3rd June), I received order an hour late and food was very cold. I am very disappointed as I been fasting during the day and I was meant to open my fast with the food.

Went there, lovely staff. Good pizza, I tried one of the spicey ones, best pizza of my life, I've started reccomending the place to my friends around the globe.Keep up the good work!

Amazing place, like pizza taste good, the chicken is tasty as hell like, I can't think of any complaints. Even the delivery time was good, personally I think the times would effect it but I've never had any problems with long waiting. Besides, it tastes good! :D
