Pizza Hut - Star City in Birmingham

Service was none existent and when you did speak to a staff member they were rude and it was like we were a inconvenience to them!Full restaurant is now cashless and everything is order on the app - app very slow.Food finally arrived but missed part of the meal, when we asked the waitress said it would be here soon - we had started eating and when we finally got the attention of another staff member about the missing food they went to find out and finally came back 10mins later to say they had forgotten to put in the oven but did offer a free dessert as an apology - all the sides were coldWe had all finished our meals and the missing food appeared with no apology and just dumped on the table.The restaurant its self was cold and the toilets were disgusting - toilet paper all over the floor 2 out the four toilets blocked and full of toilet roll.Very disappointed

Awful....dirty and the new way of ordering your food is slow the salad bars always a mess. The largest share meal comes with 2 small desserts so don't think about sharing those ...won't be going back.This is not a 1 star for the staff they are obviously trying their best and are pleasant and helpful but the changes made in the processes have made theirs and the customers lives harder

The customer service was really good. Welcoming atmosphere. The salad bar was clean and the food came quickly. Will come back to this branch again.

We had to wait a bit long for the table due to lack of staff but that is understandable due to the current situation. But the food was appalling. The salad is ok and the pizza was below average for us due to loads of dough and cheese, even though we order the thin pizza , but some people with different taste might Like it. The onion rings and jalapeno poppers tasted like frozen supermarket stuff.

Waited in que to be told that they were not taking anymore customers until after 9pm. As it had been very busy and that she was giving her staff time to catch up. Which was fair enough as she was being honest and football had been on. Wandered around for a lil while returned after 9pm was seated particular straight away. Again manger very accommodating. Order food took a while to come. Wait did not really bother me but, the quality of the food did. Did not even complain as all the satff looked stressed as it is as they were short staffed. Fries where half cooked, kids pizza came out like it has butchered. You know its bad when a child comments that the food doesnt look or taste as good as it has before. Not been to this particular pizza hut before but will not be returning in a hurry.

Friendly staff. Great lunchtime buffet at a great price. Their beef and onion pizza with bbq sauce was my favourite. Kids loved it as they could fill up on salad, pizza and ice cream as well as drinks. Great treat was had by all.

the 'big sharer' was not worth 29.99, we ordered vegan pepperoni for a family but it had like 8 small slices..the onion rings that came with it were undercooked but fries were nice, small portions though. order another pizza again very small not worth 10.79. service was good but overpriced for very small portions.

Grotty and slow service. Worst Pizza Hut I’ve been to. Not been here before and certainly won’t be returning.Food all over the floor, scad bar half empty and buffet slow and messy

The atmosphere was charming with warm and welcoming surroundings. When I got there I didn't know that I have to place the order online as it took longer to order food because of the internet. The menu offers limited choice for pizza's after my starters and main I ended my meal with hot chocolate brownie which was dry and hard.
