Pizza Perfect in Birmingham

ordered chicken and chips and took nearly 2 hours to receive them, all the chicken was old and greasy obviously refried from like 3 days ago, called the guy up and he claimed that he told me it would be a 20 min wait for fresh chicken but he did not at all, imagine lying to customers 💀 proper joke. and he said he'll give us a free pizza, got the pizza delivered and the pizza tasted 3 days old aswell🤢🤢🤣🤣🤣😬😬, joke of a takeaway, if u can't run the shop properly just close down. This isnt the first time you've messed up my food it's happened on another occasion when I ordered baguettes and u said there are none left like 3 hours after I ordered. No wonder u have more 1 star reviews than 4 or 5 stars, joke

Ordered large donner neat and fries hot n spicy chicken wings and fries omg how disgusting can you get. Think they would have learnt from the 1 star they recieved after environmental health visited this year after the mould on the food. So the chicken has arrived that hard and black you can smash a window quite literally. The donner meat was 3 barley cooked strands and the fries dripping in grease. Please avoid on all levels not worth the money you pay, utterly shocking and rotten

Will never order from here again ordered masala fish on my pizza got tuna chips are dry onion rings were soft and disgusting infact they was that bad we put them in the bin and order came about 8 mins late

Hi this is my 3rd time im ordering xl pizza i request for thick pizza base but still they send me very thin base because they using medium size pizza base for xl pizza all the time making excuses its fresh dough if it is dough fresh the pizza weight should be perfect i won't be order again

I ordered a portion of chicken niblets chips and pizza and on eating the chicken, I felt something tangling between my teeth. When I managed to remove it, it was a long piece of hair I removed. I felt so sick afterwards and could not finish the food. I rang them immediately and told them what I found and instead of acknowledging it, they offered to give me a discount or bring me more food. I have taken photographs of this as I could not believe the long piece of hair I found fried up with the chicken, as it was not immediately visible. This experience has put me off buying take away altogether.

Waited over 3 hours for my food then the man tried to argue with me about the time my chips were stone cold and had mould on the sides,my pizza was stone cold and had onions and mushrooms on it when I didn’t request them and he continued to argue with me and refused to give me a refund never going here again worst place ever!!

, I made a order at 10:30 at pizza perfectcastle Bromwich, firstly when my order was delivered the man at the door knocked the door very loudly and there was kids at home sleeping For school tomorrow, my order wasn’t right I ordered 2 pizzas ,garlic bread ,2 Fries and dips I only received the pizza and a small fries and 2 dips that Wasnt correct. also when I got the pizza they were given upside down for the cheese to be at the top of the box and when I went to the fries there was hair I do not think this is acceptable at all and I think it is hirely disgusting I will never be ordering from there again and personally should have a refund for the inconvenience.

First of all we found hair in our pizza, we called the restaurant back and they called us liars and were very unprofessional. They claimed that all their staff were ‘bold headed’ which is a lie because I’ve been into the restaurant before and a woman with long hair works there. They are very unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend ordering from here!!

Perfect Pizza? More like perfect diarea! Pizza is bland, dry and comes with a side order of mohammed's pubes. Chicken is discusting and looks more like a dead dog they butchered out back. Chips are them cheap frozen chips you buy from tesco. The store itself is a dump and full of damp. Know dowt has rats and are more concerned about get that mad dolla instead of avoiding health warnings. Stick with what you know unless you want ebola or pubes in your teeth.

I have ordered 4 Pizzas I got told it was 24 on the website and 32 on the phone then changed it to 25 when it came the other 3 pizzas was fine the one pizza was full of hair I called them up informed them they called me a liar and was being rude on the phone and tried say everyone who works their are bold even tho there is a women with long hair working their I highly suggest not to order from this place as the food wasn’t up to the standards we thought !!
