Pizza Point in Birmingham

Ist they never answered phone saying the company.. Then when I enquired about pizza prices they said look at the menu. 0% customer service. 0% chance I'm spending mo et there.

The place is a joke I ordered a family meal and I was told £22.50 when the driver came to deliver I was given a different price I rang the company back and got told to clean my ears out and I was in the wrong. The pizza was stuck to the top of the box. They also hang up the phone. No customer service skills at all!!

Absolute Joke. Ordering for 15+ years never had an issue until today. Very arrogant people. They changed the 'Cheese' which was horrible no prior warning. Brought pizza's back made a complaint to them. They said that's the way it is... honestly disgusted with the food and service. Rejected to refund took pizza's back and binned them! As a person who has grown up in Handsworth, don't bother going there. Take the advice and save yourself the hassle.

I have been going here for years the food is great and the best thing is they are always consistent when making food.

I honestly do not understand how this food company has received 5/6 on just eat or even positive reviews at all! This is blatant that they create their own reviews which would make sense towards the people that have had a bad experience with the people. Disgusting behaviour, attitude towards their customers. Food is disgusting, burnt to crisp with little to no flavour. I cannot believe they’re still in business. Unacceptable. Please refrain from eating from here, there are plenty of pizza places open. Disgusting just digusting as a whole; ruined my whole day.

I placed an order with this place and they informed me that the driver was 5 mins away. I waited outside for more than 15mins and no one turned up. I called the restaurant only to find out that they have closed and said that my order was delivered which is a lie. The next day I call the place only for the manager to start shouting at me rather than be professional and understand his customers.I honestly would advise people to stay away from a such a place that can lie that they delivered food orders when they know fully well that they didn’t. So order at your own risk!

Amazing pizzas... always get our pizzas from here. Thier fries are really good as well.. good value for money

Just Ordered pizza tonight from them tonight. 16 inches was fine but 8 inches was a bit chunky. Cips was nice. Wish they had provided free sauces, seems they are charging for that coz i didn't mention about it in my phone conversation with them and nothing came up regarding sauces. Given 4 stars as they make it ready on the time

Paid 16 pound for a mini pizza of 4 small slices with cold fries charged me for bbq sauce but didn't give the sauce
