Pizza Quarter in Birmingham

Was a regular here but not no more. The standard of food has been going down hill. From food not being fully cooked or even burnt to orders incorrectly made.on my last order 6th Feb 2022 I had a pizza that was mostly dough and not much of anything else what a waste went straight in the binAs pointed out by others there is no customer service with this place too much attitude. I would rather spend my hard earned money elsewhere where the food is to a good standard and staff and owners appreciate my custom.

Had persevered on many occasions, as food is not that bad but customer service stinks. Makes all the difference in hospitality. Will not go there again

Food was delightful best pizza i ever had

Used to be good but now it is very mediocre.I ordered a pizza and I can say it was inedible as it was so chilli. It was unbelievable that the staff thought it was ok to serve. The burgers? Simply lettuce, chicken/meat patty and a bit of mayo. Nothing else. How is it a cheese burger without any cheese???You used to do so well. Please pull up the standards again!

Terrible service today, food was no good, asked for donna and fries, they sent the fries with no donna, when they sent the donna and fries they gave like 3 strands of donna, the people working there was miserable, just threw my food order together, wont be ordering again

This was genuinely my worst takeaway experience in my 44 years. My significant other, my three children and I had a strong case of the runs. The pizza was awful and the meat tasted like it was left outside for weeks. Absolutely disgusted - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

It’s been a while since I’ve been to pizza quarters to try the pizzas and I decided to try it tonight I ordered a meaty mayhem and quarter special cheesy fries and normal fries with barbecue dip the owner gave me 15% discount of the order the pizzas were absolutely fantastic the topping were great and was not greasy it was perfectly made it puts the other pizza shops in the area to shame for example Malik’s pizzeria (slices) which I have already reviewed and they were awful I would definitely recommend pizza quarter to anyone.

This shop never fails to disappoint, foods always on point, food comes hot, fresh and plenty of it, last couple of times we've had the peri peri full platter, well worth the money and fast service. Would definitely recommend this shop. Keep it up guys

My new favourite pizza place. The pizza taste amazing and have lost of cheese and toppings.of course. Collection prices are brilliant and the family deal for £24 is just crazy... Give it a go. If your as fussy as me...

Missed out a simple can of pop from my order. Rang back and it got delivered 40 mins later, in total waited 1hr 20 for a can of pop! Once received it had 59p branding on it, after they had the cheek to charge me 70p on their menu! Along with the lukewarm pizza and greasy chips the food was as terrible as their service. Wont be ordering from there again.
