Pizza Rapido in Birmingham

I ordered 2 pizza's 1 vegetarian 1 chicken tikka and mince, it was covered in over cooked mince and the tikka was black not red. The next morning me and my partner both were vomitting, jus go's to show how the hygiene levels are in this place. I definitely don't recommend anyone to eat from here otherwise you will have a upset stomach like Me. Second of all I called to explain about my burnt pizza that I paid for,in reply I got "what do you want me do" in a rudely manner like they didn't wanted to know. This place does not even deserve a 1 star rating,its just about the money with Rapdio not the customers.

Ordered a pizza gave wrong one then has the audacity to replace with a smaller size even though we paid for the larger size originally and then said we cant make a loss . Keep in mind they got the order wrong typical go elsewhere otherwise get scammed and get given a smaller size for a pizza they got wrong in the first place my son has allergens thats why we specifically asked for them to take certain things off and they didnt smh.

Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I have been a customer for over 10 years and today when I had an issue with the Stratford Road branch service I called to speak to a senior manager about the issue. I was greeted by uncompassionate and unconsiderate attitude by the owner. I would expect better service from a 2 branch shop along with better communication and understanding. Yet this was not evident and customer service was again lacking. The pizza ordered was not of the same quality as the one i usually receive. The one usually ordered and received is pictured in your own Google images which I have attached with this review. I have also added as the second picture what I received. Please use your expertise to clarify the difference

Pizzas are good Customer services/phone manner awfull. Lately they have become salesmen asking several times do you want other stuff. They need to calm down on the salesman techniques and concentrate on the pizza

Its embarrasing to even call what we had as "Pizza"- it was burnt, no flavour, dough was super dry and looked like both the cheese along with the tomato base had evaporated and the fries were just horrible... Never again.

Allhamdullilah food is always amazing and tasty for yearsA lot of people complaining don’t appreciate that they have the luxury of having foodWe have people out there who suffer from hunger and even die from hunger.We should be grateful as a ummah and people.

Over cooked and very salty. I was starving but even then could taste poor qaulity. Ordered the large meat feast....only eat some due to hunger.

Pizza tastes nice. We always order tandoori delight... Can't cut pizza slices equally even when you tell them to cut them equally.. delivery driver tilts the pizza box so it gets squashed together..

Unfortunately not what it used to be! i last eat there tandoori hot pizza 10 years ago! the chicken was cubes i loved it! not its mashed up i absolutely hates it. i wish they stuck to what they knew instead of messing it up

It's okay. The manager is a bit abrupt on the phone, but that's probably because he's busy.Vegetarian pizza was nice, but not too keen on the curly fries.You can get two pizzas for under a tenner and the taste is good, so, all in all, value for money
