What a awful experience.Called them to ask and person giving wrong information.Went to the resturant food balti was cold and taste was disappointed.Toilets are filthy even door dont close also being a halal resturant +being in the birmingham there is nothing to wash in toilet.look at the picture of door.Will never ever go there again also advice people who are really like good food and hygiene please find somthing good rather then coming here.

First time we visited the mix grill and chicken karahi were on point. Side dish of saag was delicious as was the naan and tawa chappati. Fresh poppadoms and pickles. A few weeks later, the second visit, everything was inedible, we ordered a kilo of chicken and sent back more than half of it. Maybe just a bad night but the swing in quality over a couple of weeks was really perplexing.Tight seating, awkward for groups, but open til late if you want to chance it.

My first ever review of a restaurant shame it is the worst experience I have had. Terrible food staff need training clearly the business is going the wrong direction (going down) was very nice once apon a time but that was a long time ago honestly worst place to eat on the whole ladypool road in my opinion based on my last visit. Shop is a ghost town no customers whatsoever don't recommend at all.I was honestly tempted to go back and have a word but I drove too far out.

If you specialise in balti please just do balti only if u really want customers not to have the same experience as me.. so disappointed. Clearly you make your food different for online customers and given us the left overs that was reheated ..if I could give 0 stars I would, food was absolutely tasteless, charged us £16 for two meals I cannot see how they can justify charging that much when the food was appalling.. do not go here for a meal please as you will be disappointed I came back from work and travelled to Birmingham to eat and we had food from here... Dry Sheesh kebabs masala fish had no taste to the batter.. the staff member was awkward and rude.. ask for chilly on the fish refused to do so and gave just one tub for two meals asked for mayo no mayo given.. I wouldn't even pay £5 for the meals you have given us!!! Food was old and must been re heated...You should be ashamed never coming back for sure.. first and last time!! Disgusting to even sell food like that and charge what u. Do!! PLEASE BE AWARE THE REVIEWS CAN BE FOR POpLARS FROM YEARS ago WHCH WAS GREAT apparently as someone told me to go and try it BUT THIS SHOP HERE now AWFUL! I don't know if it's the same place.. the only thing I enjoyed was the fries as I was absolutely starving.. they tasted ok..

Terrible portion size and absolute rude staff. Terrible customer service. Will charge you for a full portion but only give you a side portion worth. Stay away from this place, much better options available nearby

Absolutely superb. My brother was visiting brum for first time in 20 years. Wanted to take him for a Brummie balti. This place was recommended by fellow uber drivers. Everything was just splendid. Starters, main course. Naans and Parathas. And the pickles were out of this world. We had a great time!.

Have been previously and the food was nice however on my last visit the food was well below standard uncooked to the point we asked if the business was under new ownership a real shame

Been a customer since 1998.I have to say this is one of the best curry houses in the UK.Food has taste and full of flavours.Owners and staff are always friendly and helpful.

Very enjoyable food. A tight place due to the narrow shape of the building but non the less was able to get a family of two adults and four kids around the table.The food was cooked very well and served hot and fresh. The curries contained only a small amount of oil when served.Overall very happy with the service and food. Customer service is very good .
