Raja Monkey is one of my favourite "go-to" restaurants. I chanced upon them back in 2011 or 2012 when I had driven up from Wiltshire to spend the weekend with a friend in Hall Green. We visited again after a gap of 4 years last weekend to celebrate the Mrs' birthday. The food was delicious as always, everything was fresh and brought us a lot of memories. The service was above and beyond. My toddler was very curious to have a look at the very visible kitchen and was over the moon when the chefs waved back at him as we left. And a huge thanks to the team for making my wife's birthday special with a delicious plate of macroons. Amazing place and a must visit.

The quality of Indian food is superb, and the servers were attentive and friendly. The decor was nice and overall I cannot fault. Only thing I'd say is get some INDIAN DESSERTS! We need some gulab jamun and Ras malai! On the pricier side of Indian resturants but you definately pay for what you get, would definatley recommend and will be back again!

A lovely restaurant. Don't view it as a"curry house", view it as Indian cuisine. Yes they do curry but their signature menu has really interesting and tasty dishes to try.Decent wine list and excellent service makes it a great place to eat.

What was edgy street food has become fine dining and a hidden gem in Hall Green. This is delicious, beautifully presented, incredibly flavoured food. From entrance to exit, the service was worth the 10% we added into the bill, and they were brilliant with their service.This is the second friend I've brought, and both have left very happy. Thankyou 👌🏾

New Raja Monkey is great and worth visiting if you love Indian food. They offer a more high end menu now but have retained the thalis and staples of the previous restaurant. Service was great and made sure we were well looked after. I can highly recommend the Ox tail which was slow cooked to perfection and perfectly spiced. The desserts are a nice addition and we had a lovely evening.
