The road is proper dodgy, but the place is ok..

The decors pretty but the shisha was terrible wouldn't it this place at all. Our first flavour wasn't strong enough but AR Hooked us up with a better flavour. The food was very medicore wouldnt recommended unless you were starving and just wanted to take pictures

Best lounge in Birmingham. Staff are very friendly and look after you. Nothing is too much trouble and they go above and beyond. Service is quick. Best shisha in Birmingham. AR makes the best shisha! Ask for the AR special! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!!!! Little shout out to Hamid and all the other staff!!

food was very nice the chips was amazing liked it a lot one thing i did find weird was that i got the dessert before the actual food😂 and it was cold and the sauce portions were soooo small all it did was cover the tub however the food was realllly nice; the wrap and burgers

Outstanding, especially Hamid, excellent customer service and shows a lot of respect to all customers. Definitely recommend Sahara Lounge! Perfect customer skills and huge respect to Syed who always has exceptional service. Never a let down and never fail to make the best shisha, been coming months on end! Can’t forget about Maj and AR for checking regularly and making the shisha, while being immensely respectful, Sahara Lounge is truly a standout staple, fantastic service fro min kitchen staff with high quality food. One word to describe all this. Unparalleled.

Smoke wasn't that great and had to constantly adjust the coals to get some sort of flavour. Use to be better but standards have dropped. Also overpriced and not value for money unfortunately.

Overall it's okay.Food is pretty good, the Shisha is excellent (get frozen blueberry or the lime/mint) but what drops this down a few points is it's customers service.It's incredibly inconsistent; some of the guys here have little to no people skills. I'll put it down to them either being new or not used to working in this environment but if they want people to not go to Argeela and come to Sahara, this needs to be sorted.For a evening/night out, this is a decent stop overall.
