10:40am on Tuesday morning. Five people in the line in front of me. It took 15mins for the single cashier to serve them. She had to ask her supervisor (who seemed equally confused) a question for each customer. Seriously clueless service.

This place used to be average, now it is awful. Undrinkable coffee, reheated food and disgusting toilets. They make the ones in Trainspotting look clean!
