Shahi Nan Kebab House in Birmingham

Best seekh kebabs but the worst customer service. They have the phone number in BIG characters in the window but when you call it they never pick up. When they do they don't answer and leave it off the hook. Stood in the shop once and called their number just to see. When I asked why the guy just shrugged and said he couldn't be bothered. Don't accept the chutney off the counter...its really watered down. You have to ask for the undiluted one.

Really poor place, incredibly rude and poor service. Sat down ordered and waited 45 minutes for the food, we were even asked if we want the samosa in the microwave or re-fried. Food was poor and there are much better places to eat nearby, id avoid if I were you

Food quality is good just they lack on customer service sometimes, seekh kebabs are the best around but again they just lack on customer service skills, make take a course to improve skills and I will give you the extra star

l would not event give them 1 star but there is no other way of posting this review.l had kebabs from them at night and by the morning feeling sick , vomiting and paying visits to toilet all day long.Dreadful exprience.

Best kebab I have had in a while, the naan went well with it and although the kebabs are small, they are dense. Very filling meal and the restaurant has a good atmosphere.

Quality kebabs just wish they're more reliable with their timing. 20mins on a phone order should mean 20 mins not 40mins.

Came in here after shopping, we were all starving, food took ages but in their defence it was really busy. I would try it again when it’s less busy. I think the kebabs were the best part, wouldn’t get the curry again, there wasn’t much in it and most of it was bones. Will try again for the kebabs and the mint sauce!

Have been coming here for decades for the shish kebabs which are still great. 4 stars worth a visit but for the shish kebabs alone.Don't order anything else or you will be disappointed. Chanced a chicken karahi on our last visit which was diabolical, old chicken and off sauce. The other sides were meh too.

Amazing kebabs, don't think you'll get much better. Prices have increased but the kebabs are worth it. Not really a fan of their other food to be honest.

Wonderful customer service and wonderful food. Have to say the best thing about their sheekh kebab is the seasoning but also the fact they cook it just right. So many other places overcook their kebabs, they don’t here. Will come back soon.
