We had a bad experience in this restaurant. The waiting time is far more than normal time. We ordered two items and they have taken more than 25 mins and when asked the status of the order, they took another 10 mins to serve. During those 25 mins, two new table of customers arrived and they had been served even though their order was larger in numbers. Finally the dosa and panner are not good in taste.

Food. A+. Pure vegetarian and delightful. Only place my father likes genuinely and does not complain about! Service has improved since my last visit. Waiting times are not massively long and the decor is simple but pleasant. The toilets are not big and could be bigger but it is noted that I’ve never experienced a wait for the facilities in visiting this restaurant over the years.Quite simply, a must visit and try. The soya kheema and paneer jalfriezi is recommended along with the veggie sizzler.

The other side of Soho road towards city centre.Parking for 3 cars on the front. Nice ambiance. Seats tables could have been bigger.Pizza Dosa Indian Chinese Mexican. Mostly indian. Run by Bangladesi peoples. They are polite and friendly.Food is yummy tasty and the portion size is really small. Not expensive. Vegetarian. Should try for the taste.

Worst food & super worst staff. Ordered poppadoms it was over fried & Manchurian was smelly. When we reported to manager (small fat guy) he argued & didn’t accept anything. He tried to prove us wrong. We were not bothered to order main course & left immediately. On the same road ahead, we went to barsana restaurant which has nice hospitality & way better food.

Visited this place after 3 years. The food is very good. We had Thali & all items were delicious.Staff is very polite. The only negative point is toilets were dirty.

We have been customers for years. Ordered two dishes. Paneer jalfarazi and methi soya. The panner dish was awful. Paneeer was rock hard and its curry was bland. I called the manager and complained to which he apologised and told me they have problems with paneer.Thats it!! No compensation orders or a replacement if we were to order food again!!We were loyal customers and will not be ordering from them again. Very bad customer service. I will not recommend anyone else to go there!!

We have been ordering take away food from the restaurant for a long time due to the reason that it’s vegetarian and is near to us. However, we have now decided to stop ordering any more food from the restaurant due to the very poor food quality. We ordered a paneer dish once and the paneer tasted stale and horrible. When we called the manger to complain, his response was that their paneer supply isn’t good recently and they can’t do anything about it. The only good dish they do is methi soya chicken and that too tastes horrible at times.

Shambhala Village did the catering for one of my closest friends wedding. Suresh & the whole team were absolutely amazing from our first meeting, ongoing changes up until the wedding day. The service, friendliness & shere delivery and detail, we have no words for. The food was unbelievable, everyone really enjoyed the food from the canapés to the dinner. Shambhalas are also pure vegetarian and can also do excellent vegan options. Suresh, his son & team were a delight to work with. Highly recommended.

I Went to Shambhala Village for food after recommendations. I ordered gol gappas which was amazing and masala dosa which was average, as it wasn't presented well and lacked flavours.Furthermore, from the main menu I ordered thali, the presentation was good but I felt the paneer dishes was too much and they all tasted the same and again lack of flavours.Giving three stars for the customer service !
