A very good dining experience for families. Lots of nice dishes, albeit not very generous portions, the place was slightly scruffy and needs a bit of a tlc on the decor. Service was okay; however, we had to wait a long time for forks. The staff were very good and looked after us very well. It's reasonably priced. Really interesting drinks are available. The food was very good. I will definitely go again.

I have eaten bhindi achari for the very first time and I am in love with it. Do try for it. Very busy area because of their delicious food and get order in rush.

This is the second time my family and I have visited Shere Khan. We always enjoy the food and the service is fast and the staff are very friendly as well.

I wouldn't give this place not even one star with the service we received. Very overly priced not enough portions for the price payed staff are rude and not even bothered to do their job properly and instead are laughing in their customers faces. They can't even give sauce and salad out to customers without asking for £££ and we ordered a chicken piri and asked for a whole chicken and ended up receiving half a chicken. Which was very dry and with a small tiny bowl of sauce. Most places offer unlimited free sauce and salad. They gave these other customers who were sitting near us wet wipes and a pleasant service even by opening the wipes for them and offering lots of sauces and when we asked for it they refused and asked for ££££. It's like they pick and choose their favourites.

Very quick service, considering the restaurant was packed to the brim. Probably the fastest turnaround (without the food being from a buffet).Food was decent. We saw a lot of families celebrating birthdays (with cakes). Waiters and waitresses had a lot of tables to serve. It was hard to get their attention however one of them was very helpful and helped us out a lot (since we needed water because the food was spicy for the little ones..).We tried the lamb Karachi and the butter chicken (both good options).

Came here for a birthday meal.We were seated quickly despite being told a long wait.Orders were taken quickly and the person serving us was good but the rest if you asked them for anything it was like you was asking for the world. The service was not up to par and the younger staff members just went bothered. The lamb chops used to be really nice but was just caked in masala marinade. The prawn curry at £14 was absolutely bland even though it had 3 spice marks next to it on the menu?!The biryanis were horrible and the only thing nice was the butter chicken.I won't be coming here again for a while, there are plenty of better restaurants out there.

I've noticed in my last few visits their food quality has been compromised. I specifically asked for Gost Biryani to be extra hot but all I got was a regular biryani with couple chili thrown to it. Which is not the type of spicy I wanted. Very disappointed. It was not like this before. For some reason they either not bothered with customer preferences or chefs changed I don't know which one it is. What I know for sure I'm not going back.

On route to Old Trafford we took a quick detour to Shere Khan’s Star City on 20/10/21.Amazing service!!! Great food, authentic and not watered down.Excellent customer service. The lamb chops were to die for, the mains were good. I will definitely go back when I’m back in the area.Give it try u won’t you won’t be disappointed.

Amazing service. Great food. Authentic and not watered down. Excellent customer service with chef recommending us dishes and also offering to spice it up a bit accordingly. Starters and mains was amazing. Would deffo go again when back in the area. Do not MISS!

Good customer service, clean and is maintaining the social distance, hand sanitation provided as soon as you arrive and exit the restaurant. I love spicy food and yesterday when I did order my starters it was spicer than usual without specifying to the waiter but I'm not complaining as I love spicy food (but others may not prefer it so when you do order be specific on your spice level). Overall we really enjoyed out meal!!
