Well T.
Just launched a new menu which is fantastic loads of choice and great value for money. I fully recommend the Chinese style pork. The staff are always really friendly and they have a soft play for the kids.

Mac and cheese was from the microwave. Literally ate a mouthful and there was nothing left. Wrong peas came out with fish and chips - given that my friend has an allergy and the plate was not changed and remenents of mushy peas were still on the plate. Batter on fish was wet. Child's pizza was overcooked. Nearly broke her teeth eating it. Burger was burnt so oil clearly not changed. Had to go back to the bar 3 times to get a clean glass. Not satisfied at all.BBQ sauce was the only pleasant thing on the plate, and that came from a bottle.

Worst experience today, took my son to fuzzy Ed’s that I had rung in and asked in advance if any parties were taking place to avoid overcrowd and they said after 1pm will be okay. We turn up and a party was taking place they didn’t let me know about and nowhere to sit whilst my child was playing and not good for me as 8 I’m months pregnant.. thankfully someone had a few chairs spare, then we went to the pub side for food took at least 45-50 mins for food to arrive with no warning or a wait and my steak was well done and the mac n cheese on top was cold in a few places, not what I asked for and the plate was no sizzling either. My sons food was rubbery to the point it could have been considered a choking hazard. We believe it had been reheated a few times as that’s how the meat was presented. My partners food didn’t arrive for a good 10 minutes after we received ours so what on earth was going on in that kitchen I don’t know! The place wasn’t even busy. Management couldn’t be arsed to apologise though she was fully aware of the situation. Never again.

Went at 1 pm on a Friday. Was absolutely rammed with families. Good job we had booked. Food took a while to arrive, which was understandable but was very enjoyable and great value for money. Massive well done to the staff who were really run off their feet but did a great job and did it with a smile.

Wow! First time visit in 20 yrs and what a difference, fresh decor and light and airy seating arrangements. Super Friendly and efficient staff made our visit so welcoming, AND the food was Excellent, We had the sizzler steak and the sizzler mixed grill which was marvellous (ate it all couldn't help it) Definitely going back for more. Many Thanks from David & Janice Foster

paid £144 for a 3 year olds party at the fuzzy eds fun house for it to be open to the public at the same time and have bigger children ruin it. the owner admittedly didn’t mention it wasn’t exclusive and didn’t even offer so much as an apology. definitely wouldn’t recommend.in response to your reply you admittedly implied it was exclusive on booking and today you said “why would i say it isn’t exclusive?”of course knowing that it wouldn’t be booked for the price that was paid. the review is more than fair because if i could put 0 i wouldthe only good thing about that place is the girls that work there

I went to a wake there on the 19th Jan 2022, the food they put on was excellent, and the member of staff was very attentive. It was a room in the middle of the pub, so it was very private. Would recommend it for small private gatherings

We left a bit of a mess from the children I said sorry but this lady just stated it wasn't a problem. Thank you for a lovely friendly evening.the food was not dear at all . I have just found out this lady was called Emma. Well Emma thank you very much for your caring nature all the staff was rushed off their feet but had a smile on their faces. Thank you once again
