Starbucks in Birmingham

Most time busy, but hey, is Birmingham, is city centre but as location is key, I always stop before UNI for a coffee and some late homework, there are.some tables downstairs and internet is working fine, bit quieter and you can do what you need for 30/1h in most mornings. Breakfast great to meet with friends and short meeting. Enjoy!

Queue took forever, fine. The 3 drinks I ordered took even longer and were somehow 5 minutes spaced out. Asked for hot chocolate with cream, specified with cream as they forget. Still wasn't given what I asked for. It also wasn't very hot which for a £4.50 coffee.

My daughter comes in here most mornings on her way to college always says how nice the staff are. Myself and mum was with her this morning such a lovely experience customer service wise Graham was our server great customer service very friendly and polite. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It says on google that they don’t close until 22:30, went in there at 19:30 and was told that I couldn’t sit down in the downstairs area because “it was closed” but I could sit in the upstairs area however there were literally no seats available whatsoever so I had to leave and go outside into the cold. The whole point I went in there in the first place was so that I could have a warm place to sit down and drink a coffee. I don’t see the logic or the sense in closing a whole seating area 3 hours before the cafe is due to close. There was also no sign or indication that the downstairs area was closed when I arrived at the cafe otherwise I probably would’ve went somewhere else. I am not blaming the employees for this as they are only following the rules but someone needs to fix that because it’s not good enough.

Assia was golden! So incredibly polite, just what you need first thing in the morning 😌 she made my order quickly and EXACTLY how I like it! She keeps you updated on what she’s doing, why she’s stepping away. Observing her do others orders, she checked that it was in stock and if they didn’t have it, she had the product knowledge to suggest something else. Her tone when she called out your name was like a friend couldn’t fault this lady. Her positivity was infectious and made me happy to sit in the establishment for my next train rather than just walking around. This kind of service matters in having a good start to the day. For me, I was on my way to a very nerve wracking fitness test and she radiated her positive attitude on to me. If I had any cash on me, I for sure would’ve heavily tipped her

Ariba has served me a couple of times and she’s always very friendly and chatty which I love. She’s always smiling! All the other staff are always friendly too and super quick at providing service. Overall a great store ❤️

Great location if a tad small as always busy, needs a slight refresh - new seating, planting/greenery, paint job/artwork!And great it’s open till 10pm, didn’t it use to be 24h though… Be nice to get coffee/snack sometimes after a nightout/working late, will it be going back to 24h or at least a 3/4am close?

I was served by a delightful man named James, he was very welcoming and helpful when choosing what to get.The drink he made was delicious, I know good coffee as I used to be a barista myself. 10/10 would come again

Popped in after attending a tattoo convention in Sheffield. Was served by a very handsome young man named James, super polite, very friendly and very professional, will definitely visit again. wish i could give 10 stars but I'm only allowed 5.

Just stop by there and have one of Xmas selections: Gingerbread latte. Cold creamy top with crisp of gingerbread on the top of hot latte. I like it but if you are after just coffee latte, I wouldn't recommend that as taste a bit different and sweety.
