·

Always fantastic. Plenty of flavour and always fresh. We love pizza mondays!

·

Never disappoints, a lovely Italian restaurant that is always top notch. Good food, excellent wines selection, cocktails too. I would recommend skipping when an event is on at the Symphony Hall though as it gets pretty loud, but that is personal preference. Even when full its a good atmosphere.

Our experience with Strada was not good. It took ages for someone to come to take our orders and then it took equally long for our food to arrive but just half of our order and we had wait again. We had to ask for cutlery as the waitress forgot to bring itWe would certainly not go there again .

·

It's one of a chain with a reasonable menu. This visit coincided with a very busy (pre-show) crowd and they were struggling to cope. Despite this, the serving staff worked hard and maintained their friendly, cheerful disposition.

·

Great staff but very badly managed. Half the menu was gone and the few staff there were struggling to keep up. Combine that with food missing key ingredients and get an over all very poor experience.

·

Food was nice- not great. Table set up wasn't great. They had a special event on at the time we visited, so we had to sit by the door, which meant there was a draft all through our meal. Dessert was nice, though. Staff were all lovely and helpful.

Food was fantastic. What can I say about the service... let me try. After waiting for 10 minutes to be acknowledged by the waiter, the "manager" asked me what I wanted. Then went AWOL. But it's all good, important call in the office & all that. Eventually, when my group arrived, I got my wine. The waiter then took our order whilst enacting scenes from an 80's comedy sketch, unfortunately not on purpose. The ordering was an ordeal but done. Food was fantastic credit to the chef. I then asked for another glass of red, but to pay separately (not to go on expenses, I'm good like that). I was gobsmacked and momentarily speechless to see a £0.76 service surcharge on my £7.55 glass of wine. The comedy show continued as I reminded the waiter of my starter, twice. Alright though, apparently "hiding on the oven", happens sometimes! Mains came out, collective happiness until I was offered parmesan cheese for my pasta, "lovely, yes please"... needed a gentle reminder 1/3 through my meal. Mayo too needed a hearty nudge to arrive along with one of the pizza (delicious). So the magic of the bill... £18 service charge! Sure the manager deserved it, still on the phone when we finished!

·

Really great place for lunch before graduation.

·

The food was lovely and fresh. The staff were very helpful and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. Will definitely to going again and recommeding to friends.

·

Bad service. Had to ask for soap to be replaced in the restrooms. Amd then wait when the soap bought out was actually for the kitchens. Lentils with the salmon tasted really bland. Had to ask 3 times for the bill and the water requested with desert never arrived.Seriously disappointed.
