Subway Delivery in Birmingham

Nice place but need to make sure food is fresh. Meatballs tasted a week old. I've had the same in other subways and been really nice.

I feel that I must have entered this store either on the wrong day or the wrong time of day because the sight that I was greeted to as I immediately walked through the door was something that I could only describe as general disarray.This was the first time that I had ever visited this particular Subway and upon arrival I was immediately greeted by two "Karen" types at the front of the queue placing the most overcomplicated orders and ordering their food in the most passive aggressive tone possible while simultaneously thinking that they know how to do the job of making a Subway meal better than the employees of this establishment, uttering such stereotypical phrases as "You should go and get your manager" and "You shouldn't be doing it like that" all the while being completely oblivious that their orders were unnecessarily long winded.To top this unique ordering experience off, A drunk man had entered the building at roughly 2pm, used the toilet, came out and subsequently began complaining to me whilst I was placing my order and I had to fend him off by myself until I could pay and leave which seemed to harkened me back to my few years I spent dealing with the same sort of types I encountered retail and nightclub security which were usually about as pleasant to deal with as an advanced hemorrhoid.I do not blame the poor staff whatsoever for any of this because they were working their absolute hardest at peak lunchtime and still managed to make me an excellent Mega Meat salad.However, I would like to highlight that if you do intend on visiting, please try to be polite and patient with the staff instead of being a complete piece of knob cheese (or just not drunk) like some of the customers I encountered today and your order will be fulfilled and tasty as a result because remember, retail workers ARE NOT PAID ENOUGH to deal with some of the absolute special breeds and their unwarranted aggressiveness just because they had to wait 1 millisecond too long for their meal deal to be finished.

Arrived at the Hall Green - Stratford Road branch around lunchtime, to order a salad box and was served by Hasnet. He made my Plant Patty salad just how I like it and it was so filling. Super and professional sandwich artist. Manager should be very proud of this lad. Thank you Sir! #veryhappycustomer

Nice little subway at busy Stratford road. Parking can be an issue during busy hours.

I didn't expect much but the breakfast sub was shockingly good and the staff were friendly and helpful

Such a lovely staff , the girl work in this branch I don't no her name but she works in evenings especially after 6 pm , she is so kind and nice and I really like when she make my food ,and that's the reason why I go subway bcz she is really nice , especially her smily face when the customer enter in subway she gives warm welcome 😃 and I really like it. Hope she stay Subway forever.

Amazing fresh food all the time.

Highly dissapointed with the lack of honestly displayed at this store. I've ordered several items worth a total of £32.34 at the store and the staff refused to give me a receipt with a claim number, instead insisting that I use the term ID-Trans number towards the top of the receipt even though the app itself requires a specified claim number. Unprofessional behaviour, not sure why they are trying to do this as it is supposed to be an incentive for us to visit Subway!

Food wasn't bad (usual Subway) but they missed an item from my order. Found out when I got home. Staff need to pay more attention, I was the only customer in the shop too!

Have been going to this subway for over 10 years and food quality and levels of customer service were exceptional. Now Customer service from this place has gone downhill, employees aren’t very helpful and half the time don’t even know what’s going on. I ordered a meatball marinara and it was dry because the worker couldn’t even be bothered to add marinara sauce. The employee that is there full time at the moment is really letting the store down.
