Subway PERRY BARR in Birmingham

Bought kids meal.no snack included and charged £4 but says £3.70 on their price list .never again 🚶‍♀️ in that shop and shop assistant wasn't very friendly either

Ordered a spicy Italian sub for my partner who is not vegan and then the vegan T.L.C sub for myself. The sandwich "artist" did not change her gloves between putting cheese on my partner's sub and handling my bread, then without asking if I wanted cheese or not (which happens in every subway I've ever been to regardless of which sandwich you are ordering, but considering I was ordering a vegan sandwich you would think might be an especially important question) proceeded to put cheese on my bread. When I pointed out that I am vegan she seemed to become annoyed with me, took the cheese off my bread but still didn't change her gloves or the bread and continued to make my sandwich in silence.

Fantastic Food and the staff were amazing especially during such turbulant times.I went the other day and staff had PPE which made me feel safe going to purchase food.This used to be my regular store before the pandemic and i finally went back the other day and staff were just as pleasant as they were pre lockdown.Thank you for your continued kindness and great tasting food.

I like this Subway in 1 stop and so do my kids. It's smaller than some other Subways, with a small seating area (little tables for 2 people to sit on but if you order a few items you'll have trouble fitting everything on the table).The staff were all friendly and very accomdating. The place is very clean. The staff were constantly cleaning.They have a good section of bread of fillings to choose from. They'll even toast/warm up your bread. The fillings are generous compared to those 99p baguette shops and the bread isn't hard and crusty. Plus there's a good variety of sauces to compliment your sandwich. The sandwiches here aren't exactly cheap. I bought a 6 inch sub, a drink,a packet of crisps and 3 cookies for about £6.50.I'd recommend this place 100%.

Appalling and very slow service today from 2 asian male staff (I should’ve checked their name on badge). They gave me the wrong meal deal and charged me too much. I even asked if it was the correct price as it didn’t seem right but one said yes. I came back again to tell them it was not correct and the other guy said he’ll bring the correct food but he didn’t. They have no initiative or willingness to meet customer satisfaction. I have been there last week and the service was fantastic. Horrible 2 staff today.

Good. This is a nice place to get some nice baguettes. Sub Way should have Halal food. The vegetarian food tastes good. Tuna baguettes taste nice and the cookies taste nice too. It is a nice place to go to get some good quality fresh food. There are excellent well mannered staff there.

Staff turn over is frequent here so the service isn't consistent even though everyone who has served me has been nice they always seem rushed and never having the time to give a nice smile. Food is Sub-par... I don't think they (the staff) have extensive experience as they tend to miss little details such as heating my chicken wrap after wrapping and not just hearing the filling (the restaurant in Aston included that service).I would eat here if I was in the One Stop shopping centre and hungry but not a place I would make a journey for.

Nice sitting place and good food Good service

I went in yesterday in the evening, while I was waiting to be served I noticed how atrocious the shop looked. I appreciated the fact the staff give a generous amount of salad compared to other stores I've been in. The bins were so full the food was tipping the tables were dirty the whole shop was disgustingly messy. You need one member of staff to be out at front during busy periods doing tables.

It seems to have given itself a star rating 😁😁😁 I haven't eaten there yet alone been in there, so I can't possibly give comment or ratings. It has somehow picked me up as visiting,the only thing I can think of is the fact I often walk pass there premises. Initially It had given itself 5 stars I tried to erase them however it will only go down to one.
