Subway in Birmingham

I enjoyed subway. Very good experience with the staff.

It's a small store, but that doesn't mean bad.

The meat is out of date (christmas meat being used mid January) and the store hygiene is non existent, avoid at all costs. Awful coffee and customer service.

normally use my local subways and get the same turkey and ham salad bowl meal deals for just under £6 which I think is expensive for what it is but normally get a nice big bowl, got this today, got it home and this is what you get from this branch ( see photo ) so will not be using this branch again ( cookie good as usual )

Ordered a chicken tikka footlong when I received my sandwich the bread was really hard I spoke to a member of staff called Zoltan but he was very rude causing me to take it over his head and complain I eventually got to speak to the manager but she's saying it wasn't me that ordered the sandwich ????????????Why would I complain otherwise I was working on the trams on New street I was very hungry I needed food I make a decent wage on that job and don't need to be insulted by the staff in subwayI'm thinking that staff needs retraining or replacing I'm not a happy customer I will not be going back and I'm hoping a lot of people see this review and take it as a warning not to go here looking for a pleasant experienceNEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

The store staff gave good service. The shop is small so can get cramped.

Love my freshly made sandwich it was good. A bit of improvement on the glove changes side is needed.

Don't know the difference between pickles and peppers.... Then take the last bit of my sub and my mouths on fire as they obviously managed to mix the jalapeños in with something I had onion, pepper and tomato so there defo should not of been a jalapeño in my sub

Very tidy and hygienic, this is the only store I visit in the Birmingham city center as they're always smiling, always have great customer service and the food is on point

Exceptionally friendly staff at this place. Subway always offers full choice of products no matter of COVID restrictions. The place is clean and has reasonable (without exaggeration) anti - covid safety measures. Sit-in possible. Sandwiches as always delicious and a very good coffee.
