Subway in Birmingham

staff don't understand English, u don't ask for extra thibgs, she automatically puts exta and charge 5$for two slices cheese that i didn't wanted, pkus the bread is burned... i don't recommend to eat here

DO NOT USE!! Staff don't understand English properly. Totally useless. Do not try to be helpful at all. Shocking customer service. Charged for bag without asking. Drinks machine broken. Warmed up my sub without me wanting it to be. Totally disgraceful.

I kept the sandwich simple for them... they put no cheese in my cheese steak sandwich

Worst subway in Birmingham, service was terrible and the food inedible.

Very dirty store, the oven hasn't been cleaned in a long time, because that the sub is placed on comes out smelling like burnt food the way only a dirty oven can.Also they don't follow subway standards, giving the incorrect number of meatballs on the subs etc.

I visited during my lunch hour and ordered a 1 foot BMT. To begin with I was told that no breads were available. This was quickly clarified to mean no Italian Herbs and Cheese were available (which is what I had ordered). In any event I proceeded with the 9 Grains which turned out to be a good choice.After my sandwich was prepared I was asked if I wished to make it a meal. I reviewed the price which states £6.99 for a meal opposed to £6.09 for a sandwich. I was then asked to select a drink and I selected a bottle of water and packet of crisps. I was then told the price was £7.89. I queried the price and a manager confirmed that £7.89 was correct I referred him to the advertised price and he mumbled being happy to offer a discount. I declined and asked he clarify what the actual price was. He confirmed that there was a uplift for the water and bag. I was charged £1.79 for a small pack of crisp, 500mm of water and small bag. This seems excessive and makes the advertised price misleading.

Very busy and I only get half hour lunch break and I was rushing my lunch so hard to enjoy

Absolutely disgraceful service from both staff members on today at 1.30pm. They got my order wrong and when i returned, they were very arrogant in saying I had ordered "lettuce" when I don't even like lettuce. Why would I order something I don't like? They never offered to remake or refund as they were adamant that they were right. £6.60 you'd expect good service.I'll not be back.

No steak in my subway...a few pieces .. That's a rip off compared to one stop shopping centre... Unfortunately I was not paying attention when he placed steak in...Stuffed with salads!

The filling of salad is very by staff. Today got 2slice tomato and one slice of cucumber and all average salads is poor quality.
